That nobody has ever ever heard of its existence...

My guess???

Is that half of those employees in need are "ghost" employees who's paycheck gets kicked back to one of Tommy's kids
College slush funds...when that one acct fills up to $300 LARGE....
THEY CHG the deposit acct into another kids name...

Some PA official? Dropped the ball on advertising the legal ads in PA newspapers that would allow all raped and abused kids by the Catholic Church to be able to SUE THE CATHOLIC CHURCH EVEN THOUGH GHEY MISSED THE CUT
OFF DATE ( EXTENDED IT BY 2-3 YRS....)
WHICH I DONT GET BECAUSE OF THE STATUES OF Limitations....
This extension was voted on and passed and agreed upon and needed an actual change to the PA state constitution to do it...which require the ADS IN THE PAPERS TO MAKE THE CHange LEGAL....

I SAY...CHECK THE AHOLE WHO MISSeD THE DEADLINE bank accounts and safe deposit box/ boxes and every relatives S.D. boxes...some body got PAID OFF TO FORGET BY THE CATHOLIC CHURCH ..

Pa dept. Of state director , kathy Boockvar is the Ahole who messed this entire thing up...

Little Kathy needs some alone time in jail with some Catholic priests and bull dyyyykkkeeesss , then she would not forget to place the newspaper ads...ever again...
