A tale of two FBIs

After being raised by a cop, I grew up with a respect for law enforcement of all kinds. While I knew cops weren’t gods and were therefore fallible, I also had respect for a tough job, one where people tend to be under a microscope. You make one mistake with a badge and it’s possibly news.

Your average factory worker doesn’t have to deal with that.

But in recent years, we’ve seen something very different from the FBI.

No, none of it is good. We saw how the FBI worked so diligently to undermine President Donald Trump, with high-ranking agents making it clear they had every intention of trying to wreck his presidency, for example.

But hey, sometimes they get it right.

The FBI said it supports “First Amendment rights” when asked to comment on a fundraising poster by the California State University, Los Angeles Students for Justice in Palestine chapter that featured a terrorist organization’s logo.

SJP at CUSLA made the Instagram post on Monday, which featured terrorist Leila Khaled and displayed the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine’s logo, which is a U.S.-designated terrorist organization.

The fundraiser is set for June 8 at the CSULA anti-Israel campus occupation.

When asked to comment on the poster, FBI Los Angeles Field Office spokeswoman Laura Eimiller told Campus Reform that the agency doesn’t confirm or deny investigations, but said that it supports First Amendment rights.

”The FBI does not confirm or deny investigations per policy. The FBI is in close contact with state and local law enforcement partners and, as we do in the normal course of business, we will share any information regarding potential threats,” Eimiller said. “We respect the rights of individuals to peacefully exercise their First Amendment rights and the FBI investigates individuals who violate federal law through violence or other criminal activity.”

You might be asking how I can call this “getting it right.”

Well, there’s nothing here that is wrong. The FBI doesn’t comment on investigations, nor should they. If they denied investigations, then the refusal to deny an investigation could be taken as confirmation that there is one.

Moreover, respecting the right to free speech is part of what FBI agents swear and oath to do. They should respect it.

None of this means they’re not investigating the event or organization, but this is ultimately the right approach. And considering they used a terrorist organization’s logo, they probably deserve a deeper look. If nothing is amiss, a discrete investigation won’t hurt anything.

But I can’t help but wonder where the FBI’s respect for free speech was when it decided to start looking at parents who were protesting their local school board. Yes, that came as a directive from the Biden administration, but we never heard the FBI tell the White House to pound sand.

“There were threats of violence.”

That’s a matter for the local authorities and always was. The use of the FBI was nothing but a way to try to intimidate people into staying at home during school board meetings.

Which is missing when you’re dealing with an organization that is clearly trying to show some degree of affiliation with a noted terrorist organization.

They didn’t respect free speech then.

They colluded with Twitter to suppress free speech.

They investigated a website and two journalists without any accusation of wrongdoing by any investigated party but because they engaged in unpopular speech.

And that doesn’t touch on the numerous instances of the FBI violating other civil rights, such as their Fourth Amendment rights.

Why, it almost seems like there are two different FBIs running around out there. One seeks to respect Americans’ civil liberties while the other is the tool of a state inching closer and closer toward tyranny.

That is, of course, unless you recognize that there’s just one FBI and they’re playing for a particular team. They’re respectful of the free speech rights of a group glorifying terrorism because those terrorists are supported by all the right people in government.

Meanwhile, they’ll hunt down every grandma who took an unguided tour of the Capitol for a whopping 10 minutes as if they’re Osama bin Laden.

Honestly, this is disgusting and FBI reform needs to be at the top of any to-do list for incoming lawmakers if we want to take them seriously. The FBI is well on its way to becoming a new Gestapo or KGB when it comes to domestic issues, and we should all be terrified of that.

Only one political party, unfortunately, is concerned at the moment, but then again, the guy with the vicious dog on the leash is usually not all that worried about the dog.

"“The FBl’s intentions are made clear by the questions it chose to put in black and white on a government document,” added Leavitt, whose group has represented the IRS whistleblowers in the Hunter Biden case as well as several FBI agents and analysts who claim that their security clearances were suspended or revoked because of their political views."

Nashville Shooter’s Manifesto Released Despite FBI Resistance

The 2023 Nashville Covenant School murders understandably received massive news coverage when they occurred. The fight over obtaining the murderer’s diary also received news attention. But when “nearly four dozen pages” of the murderer’s diary were finally released last week, the mainstream media completely ignored it. It turns out that behind the scenes, the FBI had fought hard against the diary’s release. Some Covenant School parents also opposed releasing the diary because it would force families to re-live the nightmare. The Tennessee Star’s parent company, Star News Digital Media, successfully filed two lawsuits to obtain the diary.

Five days after the release of the diary, with the exception of the New York Post, which is a national news outlet, the news coverage was limited to seven other conservative outlets such as The Daily Wire and Newsbusters.

The school murderer was transgender, and her diary reveals a suicidal left-winger who hated whites. The FBI expressed concern that the release of the diary from a transgender person could lead the public “to dismiss the attacker as mentally ill,” which would “further permeate the false narrative that the majority of attackers are mentally ill.” It worried that the diary could “potentially inflam[e] the public.”

The FBI worried that releasing the diary could have “unintended consequences for the segment of the population more vulnerable or open to conspiracy theories, which will undoubtedly abound.” Self-professed “experts,” the FBI fears, will “proffer their perspectives” in the press.

But there is a lot of important information in the diary. As is very typical of mass public shooters, the murderer was suicidal: “A terrible feeling to know I am nothing of the gender I was born of. I am the most unhappy boy alive. I wish to be dead.” She was also on the anti-anxiety drug Buspirone, whose potential side effects include “abnormal dreams, outbursts of anger, tremors, and physical weakness.”

The FBI worries that the diary will help create a link in people’s minds between mass murderers and mental illness, but suicidal people presumably have some mental health problems. Nor should the link be particularly surprising given that the Crime Prevention Research Center shows that 51% of mass public shooters in the last 25 years were actually seeing mental health care professionals before their attacks. That is 2.5 times the rate in the general public.

The FBI acknowledged that Americans want to “understand what led to such tragic events.” But the FBI argued these statements “seldom provide the answers” and the diaries and manifestos were “often misleading.” Yet the national media appears completely uninterested in why these murderers pick the targets they do and how their motivation to get media coverage is important in understanding how to stop these attacks.

The diary showed that the murderer had picked the Covenant School because it was a soft, unprotected target. Even if the national media ignored these comments, the Metro Nashville Police Chief John Drake, who had access to the diary, said on the day of the attack, “There was another location that was mentioned, but because of a threat assessment by the suspect of too much security, they decided not to.” A couple of days later, Nashville Council member Robert Swope stated that the murderer “looked at” two other Nashville public schools before deciding “the security was too great to do what she wanted to do.”

While the FBI worries that many of “the offenders themselves do not fully grasp or comprehend” what they are writing, there is a logic to attacking facilities assumed to be gun-free zones, like the Covenant School, and trying to maximize the amount of media coverage that they receive. The FBI may not want to acknowledge this, and the media may not want to cover these points, but we see it consistently in these attacks.

The mass murderer wanted to get attention for the difficulties facing transgender individuals. She compared trans individuals to other groups in a way that indicates she clearly believed that transgender people didn’t have the same rights: “Disabled have rights, civil races have rights, LGBTQ have rights, gun owners have rights.” But referring to the life of transgender people, she declared: “… with no rights, anyone’s country is a s***** dictatorship.”

The news media and the FBI under the Biden administration are attempting to control the information available to Americans about a mentally troubled woman who identified as a man. The Biden administration is free to argue against linking transgender issues to mental illness or mass murder, but censoring the information is not the right approach.

‘Come Out With Your Hands Up!’...we know there's crimes in there...

Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao's home 'is raided by FBI', as progressive lawmaker faces recall over soaring crime

Oakland's embattled Mayor Sheng Thao has had her home raided by the FBI, local media have reported.

The Democrat lawmaker's home on Maiden Lane was raided around 5:30 am PT Thursday, CBS San Francisco reports.

It is unclear why the property was raided, but according to public records, it appears Thao rents the home.

'The FBI is conducting court authorized law enforcement activity on Maiden Lane. We are unable to provide additional information at this time,' the agency said on Thursday morning.

A neighbor told ABC7 News that she woke up to authorities banging on her door around 6 am.

According to a law enforcement source, this raid is just one of four locations in Oakland that will be searched by the FBI.

A picture of her home was seen surrounded by multiple unmarks, black vehicles parked on the street.

The FBI also raided the Oakland home of Andy Duong, a prominent Vietnamese businessman.

Duong and his family own Cal Waste Solutions, a recycling company that has been investigated over laundering campaign contributions to various member of the City Council including Sheng Thao, according to The Oaklandside.

Sources tell DailyMail.com that the mayor’s first official trip last year, to Vietnam, was co-sponsored by the Vietnamese American Business Association, which was formed by a member of the Duong family, leading to speculation that the FBI may be investigating allegations of influence peddling.

The raid took place around 5:30 a.m., sources said. It started when two Jeeps pulled up to the mayor’s house and several FBI agents in bullet proof vests jumped out.

They ran to the mayor’s door, announced they were FBI. Standing behind a shield, they then kicked the door in. They remained at the house for the next couple hours.

The mayor was a no show at a prescheduled press conference at 10 a.m. in San Francisco, where regional officials were on hand to support an affordable housing bond on the November ballot, sources said.

At another community event this morning in Oakland, Thao’s aide Brandon Harami was asked about the raid and said he knew nothing about it, sources said.

Earlier this week, it was revealed Thao is facing a recall election as voters complain about soaring crime in the Bay Area city.

They say her progressive, soft-on-crime policies have emboldened criminals and driven away businesses.

Thao will face a historic recall election in November amid anger over her failure to get a grip on the situation in Oakland.

The progressive Democrat lawmaker is the first mayor in the city's history to be up for recall, after a campaign to oust her gained more than 40,000 signatures.

'In just a year, Thao's incompetence and dishonesty accelerated Oakland's decline, causing longstanding businesses to close and generational families to leave,' the Oakland United to Recall Sheng Thao (OUST) campaign website stated.

Critics are also angry that she missed an opportunity to apply for a $15 million retail theft grant, fired Oakland Police chief LaRonne Armstrong, 'for no cause' without appointing a successor and lost the Oakland A's baseball team.

They also accused her of lying about calling a State of Emergency to deal with the crime wave crippling the city.

Oakland has been rocked by violent crime in recent months, including murders, which have soared from 78 in 2019 to 126 last year.

Crime overall increased by 18 percent in 2023 with property crime up 17 percent and violent crime up 21 percent.

And in the first four months of 2024, residential robberies soared by 118 percent on the same period last year.

Staggeringly, one car per every 30 residents was also stolen in 2023.
A Florida family were robbed on their first day in Oakland, where they were visiting to enroll their son in college on Tuesday

A Florida family were robbed on their first day in Oakland, where they were visiting to enroll their son in college on Tuesday

The situation has prompted several large corporations to pull out of the city, citing fears for staff safety and the crippling impact of retail theft.

On Tuesday a Florida family dropping their son off in the city for college enrollment had their rental car ransacked. The traumatized parents and their family have since fled the city and withdrawn their son from studying there.

In August one particularly disturbing video showed an innocent woman being dragged along the ground by two male muggers after trying to fight them off.

Oakland's only In-N-Out Burger restaurant in the area closed after 18 years, despite still turning a healthy profit, as customers and staff were 'unsafe' due to soaring crime rates, the business said.

The local Denny's also shut its doors, while Taco Bell refuses to allow indoor dining amid a spate of incidents.

Earlier this year, Kaiser, PG&E, Clorox and Blue Shield announced they were plowing $10million of their own cash into added security measures for their employees amid inaction from the city.

Thao's opponents blame her progressive policies for the skyrocketing crime.

Oakland has been rocked by violent crime in recent months, including murders which have soared from 78 in 2019 to 126 last year.

Among them was a bizarre proposal which suggested life coaching could help tackle homicides and other crimes.

The scheme was suggested as part of the city's ceasefire plan which had been dwindling until Thao took office.

'You created a public safety crisis by systematically dismantling the Oakland Police Department, leading to the city's reputation as one of the most dangerous in America,' OUST wrote to the embattled mayor in a statement.

'In short, you lack the competency, credibility, judgment and ability to lead what was once a great American city.'

'Lives have been lost, property destroyed, businesses have shut down, and fear and collective trauma are daily occurrences for Oaklanders. We, the concerned citizens, therefore demand your recall for the sake of our city's future.'

The mayor has previously decried the increase in crime, stating that the uptick began in 2019 before her tenure.

A bombshell 8-year-old-secret involving Hunter and his FBI BFF’s just dropped…

Well, well, well, the FBI has been busy little bees, buzzing around to help their honey bear, Hunter Biden, avoid the hot seat. It appears this crooked and disgraced organization is pouring all their energy into this lately, and who can blame them? It seems the Biden boys are always up to no good.

This latest bombshell didn’t even come from the “Laptop From Hell.” Actually, it wasn’t in there. Instead, it’s courtesy of award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon, who obtained documents that revealed the FBI has known for about eight years now that Hunter and his partners were plotting to set up new ventures (money laundering?) in tax-friendly Liechtenstein. And we’re not talking about a million or anything chintzy like that. No. We’re talking about upwards of 120 million bucks.

As John points out, this is a secret that has been kept from the American public for eight long years.

Ten percent for the big guy?

Just the News:

The FBI learned as far back as 2016 that Hunter Biden and his partners had plotted to set up a new venture in tax-friendly Liechtenstein that would be capitalized by a whopping $120 million investment from the controversial owner of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings, according to documents obtained by Just the News that have been kept from the American public for eight years.

The mega-deal was not referenced inside Hunter Biden’s now infamous laptop or during the 2019 impeachment proceedings involving Ukraine, but was instead chronicled in a trove of 3.39 million documents the FBI seized from Hunter Biden and his business partners during an investigation of securities fraud nearly a decade ago.

The cache of documents was recently turned over by former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer to the House Oversight Committee as part of its impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden’s conduct.

The new evidence shows the major investment plan was being built at the time when Hunter Biden was serving on Burisma’s board of directors and Joe Biden was still serving as Barack Obama’s vice president in charge of U.S.-Ukraine policy.

The memos state Hunter Biden was also supposed to serve on the board of the new company called Burnham Energy Security LLC, and it was going to be capitalized in 2015 by Burisma owner Nykola Zlochevsky, who at a time was trying to get out from under corruption allegations in his home country.

The Hunter Biden-connected Burnham entity was slated to get a quarter of the new venture’s net revenues without putting up any cash, according to recent testimony to Congress from one of the partners.

Zlochevsky, the Ukrainian oligarch, meanwhile was committed to “$120 Million over thirty-six (36) months to be invested in exploration and leasehold improvements” in the new venture designed to make Burisma a global energy leader, according to a prospectus for the project.

Reporter John Solomon, who is well-known for breaking numerous bombshell stories, recently joined Steve Bannon on his hit podcast “WarRoom.” Bannon, a constant target of the regime’s lawfare, understands the ramifications of Hunter’s criminal behavior. Aside from the recent distracting so-called “conviction,” Hunter seems to get away with all the really BIG stuff. Bannon and Solomon delved into this issue in even greater detail.

MJ Truth Ultra:

The FBI knew since 2016 Hunter Biden nearly scored $120 million Ukrainian deal while Joe was VP – And While Trump was Being Impeached over Ukrainian Phone Call

“It’s an extraordinary story because the FBI knew about it in 16, but when Donald Trump was being tried for Impeachment in 2019/2020, these documents were not made available to his defense…

Imagine if the American people knew that story, that Hunter Biden was poised for a $120 Million pay day. The impeachment would have been stopped in its grounds.”

• After 5 years, Just the News uncovered that the FBI learned as far back as 2016 that Hunter Biden and his partners had plotted to set up a new venture in tax-friendly Liechtenstein that would be capitalized by a whopping $120 million investment from the controversial owner of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings,

So, the truth we’ve long suspected has finally surfaced. The FBI has been shielding Hunter and the Bidens, while Trump and his associates face a very different reality. They have to face pre-dawn, heavily armed raids, sham trials in kangaroo courts, and unjust prison sentences. Meanwhile, the Biden family roams free, seemingly getting away with treason, with FBI agents turning a blind eye. In fact, they’re actively covering it up. It must be nice to have all that Biden privilege. When all is said and done, they might be a bigger crime family than the Clintons, which is quite remarkable.

All around the same time as the fake impeachment over a call with recently elected Ukrainian leader...and a laptop EVERYONE knew was Hunter's, but Pop's went on debate stages and said it was lies, 50 supposed "Intel Leaders" claimed it was all Russian disinformation and they all KNEW it was true and Hunter's as well as all the business dealings. Suspend reality for a second and try to focus on if the laptop was DJT Jr's? The foreign business dealings and the amount of money verifiably being kicked up like the envelopes in a Sopranos episode or any other mob movie? If the sitting President had gotten away with it and been re-elected on it you know and I know he would be convicted and imprisoned for this type of charge/s. Switch back to reality...what are you going to do about it?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

FBI Wants 20 Years To Produce Records On Its Involvement W/ OKC Bombing

It’s been about nine years since Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue filed a Freedom of Information Act request for records about a CIA asset and FBI informant who helped fund the Oklahoma City bombing, as well as for records about a neo-Nazi bank-robbery gang also involved in the attack.

Tired of waiting, Trentaudue sued the FBI over the matter in February, demanding the bureau to produce the 69,375 pages of documents that it’s holding. But now, the FBI wants to take another nearly 12 years to fork over those documents to him, which means that it would take at least 20 years for the bureau to comply with his initial FOIA request.

Such a slow production rate is unacceptable, Trentadue said in a Tuesday court filing.

“The FBI proposes to process these records/documents for release to Plaintiff in monthly increments of 500 pages over a period of 11.5 years!” he said.

“If the Court accepts the FBI’s proposed snail-pace processing of these materials, Plaintiff will be close to 90-years of age when he finally receives all of them,” he said.

“He has already waited almost a decade for these documents/records, with the FBI having made no effort during the interim to produce them, and should not have to wait another 11.5 years to receive them.”

Trentadue has been suing the U.S. government for OKC bomb-related records for nearly 30 years, ever since his brother was murdered in a federal penitentiary. The complex story of how the death of Trentadue’s brother relates to the OKC bombing can be read in this Mother Jones article.

Trentadue’s latest lawsuit seeks records on FBI informant and CIA asset Roger Moore (not the James Bond actor), and the bank-robbery gang, the Aryan Republican Army, which he says was an FBI front group.

According to Trentadue’s lawsuit, Moore was an FBI informant as part of the bureau’s 1980s- and early 90s-era Operation Punchout, which was designed to identify and apprehend surplus dealers that bought and sold government property stolen from Department of Defense facilities in Utah.

Furthermore, Moore build patrol boats for use by the US Navy in the Vietnam War, as well as speedboats for the CIA, according to Aberration in the Heartland of the Real—historian Wendy Painting’s PhD thesis-turned-book about OKC bomber Tim McVeigh.

As for the Aryan Republican Army, Trentadue believes that was an FBI front group that also helped fund the bombing.

Trentadue’s Tuesday filing elaborated further on the ARA’s connection to McVeigh.

“During 1993, 1994 and 1995, a gang known as the Aryan Republican Army or “ARA” robbed banks and armored cars in the mid-west. Timothy McVeigh participated in some of those robberies and is reported to have used money obtained from these crimes to help fund the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995,” he said.

“According to Peter Langan, several members of the ARA assisted McVeigh in carrying out the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building.”

No hearings have been set yet in Trentadue’s lawsuit.

New Whistleblower Report Corroborates Charges Of FBI Retaliation

The whistleblower claims to have witnessed myriad cases of the FBI retaliating based on ‘political views, medical views, or even ethnicity.’

The House Judiciary Committee received a new whistleblower complaint Tuesday morning corroborating previous reports of political retaliation within the FBI.

On Friday, attorneys sent a complaint for an anonymous supervisory special agent (SSA) to the Justice Department inspector general and the department’s Office of Professional Responsibility. The complainant, who is a registered Democrat and has won awards as an agent for work against child trafficking, reports witnessing colleagues within the FBI experience political retribution. The whistleblower also claimed to have been retaliated against. The complaints were submitted to the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government and shared with The Federalist.

According to the disclosures, the latest whistleblower “witnessed firsthand as an SSA how the FBI’s Security Division improperly suspended or revoked employees’ security clearances whose political views, medical views, or even ethnicity were questioned by Security Division leadership.”

“The outcomes of clearance investigations and adjudications were often pre-determined by the Division’s acting Deputy Assistant Director and the acting Section Chief responsible for security clearance investigations and adjudications, who often overruled line staff and even dictated the wording of documents in the clearance process,” the disclosure read.

The special agent in question was suspended last year after serving half a decade as an SSA since 2018. Protected disclosures were particularly made against Jeffrey Veltri, the acting deputy assistant director of the FBI’s Security Division, and Dena Perkins, the acting section chief for the Security Integrity and Investigations Section.

“SSA Client quickly discovered that acting [Section Chief] Perkins and acting [Deputy Assistant Director] Veltri were often inappropriately involved in individual clearance cases throughout those cases’ time in [the Security Integrity and Investigations Section], from referrals to investigations to adjudications and appeals,” the disclosure read. “Perkins and Veltri would frequently make initial judgments about cases based on their own prejudices, then would refuse to move from their first impressions — regardless of what facts an investigation uncovered.”

The latest disclosures outline myriad cases in which the whistleblower witnessed retaliation, including the clearance investigation of Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen.

A Marine combat veteran who was suspended without pay for more than two years, Allen had his security clearance revoked over making protected disclosures related to FBI Director Christopher Wray’s testimony following the turmoil on Jan. 6, 2021. The FBI walked back its retaliation before the DOJ inspector general released a final report on the improper suspension, but a whistleblower protection group is calling on the agency watchdog to release the report anyway.

According to the whistleblower disclosures submitted to lawmakers, Veltri and Perkins colluded to suspend Allen’s clearance despite the agency investigator concluding his “Allegiance to the United States” was not in doubt.

“Perkins overruled the initial investigator and reassigned the case to another investigator to move forward with suspending [Staff Operations Specialist] Allen’s clearance,” the disclosure read.

As Allen waited for the Justice Department inspector general to review his case, the FBI denied requests to seek other work or accept public charity. Allen remained subject to gift rules for public officials despite no pay or public duties for more than two years.

The whistleblower behind the latest complaints made protected disclosures about superiors’ misconduct last summer and was disciplined by the end of September for his “attitude,” according to the report submitted to Congress.

Other FBI whistleblowers who’ve alleged agency retaliation include Garret O’Boyle and Steve Friend, both of whom blew the whistle on the weaponization of the agency by far-left ideologues.

O’Boyle told lawmakers the FBI moved him from the Great Plains to Washington, D.C., where he was suspended on his first day after making protected disclosures to Congress. O’Boyle said the FBI had been inappropriately designating white supremacy as a top national security threat in order to justify broad surveillance.

Friend also suffered retaliation for objections made to the FBI’s response to suspects at the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021. Friend told lawmakers the FBI deployed a SWAT team to arrest such an individual in the Orlando area.

“I’ve arrested over 150 violent criminals in my career, I’ve never required a SWAT team to do it,” Friend said during a recent congressional hearing.

Ex-FBI Counsel Behind Russiagate, Biden Laptop Censorship Now Part Of Left-Wing Election Network

James Baker, an ex-FBI counsel who pushed the lie that Trump was a Russian asset, is a member of a vast left-wing election network.

The former FBI general counsel who pushed Twitter to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story is now working with a left-wing election influencers’ group.

James Baker, also prominent for his role in pushing the FBI’s political persecution of former President Donald Trump for the “Russiagate” hoax, is listed as a member of the National Task Force on Election Crises. The group is a subsidiary of the left-wing Protect Democracy Project, a litigation group formed to oppose Trump’s policies, according to InfluenceWatch.

The task force pushes early and mail-in voting, claims to help prevent “cyber or other attacks by foreign adversaries or domestic disrupters,” promotes “pre-canvassing of absentee ballots,” seeks to discourage legal election challenges, and advocates for censorship of certain online speech about elections.

Working for the Regime

Baker’s key areas of expertise, according to the group’s website, are “legal and legislative issues,” “political violence and intimidation,” “foreign and cyber interference,” and “election subversion.”

Baker certainly knows about “legal issues.” While serving as the FBI’s lead counsel, he met with Michael Sussmann — who he later admitted was a “friend” — and who provided “intel” supposedly proving connections between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, a Russian company. Sussmann claimed he was acting on his own behalf, though he was later found to have been working for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign.

Baker should also know about “political violence and intimidation,” considering that he prompted the FBI to investigate Trump using Sussmann’s faulty information. He also told Congress Sussmann’s lie in 2018 that a server at Trump Tower was in communication with Alfa Bank. Upon finding the claim false, he failed to show any concern. Maybe “Russiagate” is also where he gets his experience with “foreign interference.”

He has plenty of experience with “cyber interference” too, considering his push to censor the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story, as revealed in the “Twitter Files.”

Baker started working at Twitter — now X — as deputy general counsel in 2020. He worked with the FBI to push the company’s censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story, which depicted shady business dealings involving now-President Joe Biden.

“I’m guessing that we are going to restrict access to this article as a violation of our Hacked Materials policy but after yesterday I don’t want to assume anything,” Baker wrote in an email on Oct. 15, 2020.

Elon Musk later fired Baker for his role in pushing regime censorship. “In light of concerns about Baker’s possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue, he was exited from Twitter today,” Musk posted in 2022.

The intersection of Baker’s past with the group’s activities should be cause for concern. Perhaps this is where his final skill, “election subversion,” comes into play.

Election Meddlers

The National Task Force on Election Crises aims to “hold candidates and their attorneys accountable for knowingly pursuing bad-faith or frivolous legal challenges; continue to pursue accountability for those who committed criminal acts on and leading up to January 6th.”

The group also works to “downgrade or delete rather than label election-related disinformation,” “hand-pick or remove trending lists and up-next recommendations for election-related content,” and “inoculate against disinformation about voting options and the validity of election results.” Disinformation, of course, is left-wing censors’ favored way to describe inconvenient or counter-narrative speech.

These promises should not be considered empty. The members of this group include some of the most influential left-wing election meddlers in recent history.

Tiana Epps-Johnson, founder of the Center for Tech and Civic Life, and David Becker, a “hardcore leftist” and founder of the Center for Election Innovation and Research, are both members. CTCL and CEIR shuttled close to $420 million from Mark Zuckerberg to local elections offices in 2020, boosting Democrat turnout in the general election.

Amber McReynolds, a governor of the United States Postal Service, is also a member. In 2020, the National Vote at Home Institute — of which she was CEO at the time, and which shares leadership ties with CTCL — accessed absentee ballots and worked to shift Michigan election policy.

Tammy Patrick, CEO of programs at the National Association of Election Officials, is another member of the group. She was a senior adviser for elections at the left-wing financial powerhouse Democracy Fund, and she sits on the circle of advisors at NVAHI.

If the political connections of this group’s members do not already raise suspicions, Baker’s role should cause serious concern. His former persecution and censorship of the regime’s political opponents promise more of the same.

C'mon...Big Mo was playing nice so he could angle for a position in the Trump administration. Barr was bad enough.

FBI Identified ‘Person of Interest’ in Capitol Pipe Bomb Case by Jan. 10, 2021

'FBI WF and USCP have identified a person of interest who may be a match to the description of the individual placing the bombs...'

(Ken Silva, Headline USA) The FBI released a new batch of records about its Capitol Hill uprising investigation on Monday, revealing that investigators identified a “person of interest” in its Jan. 5/6 pipe bombs investigation within days of the incident.

The record about the FBI’s person of interest is a Jan. 10, 2021, report that summarized the bureau’s J6 investigation up to that point. The extremely faded report is difficult to read, but it appears to state: “FBI WF and USCP have identified a person of interest who may be a match to the description of the individual placing the bombs, and continue efforts to identify through surveillance footage.”

The FBI declined to comment in response to Headline USA’s questions about what happened to the person of interest, including whether the person was cleared or is still under investigation.

“We don’t have any comment on the documents. The pipe bomb investigation remains ongoing,” an FBI spokesperson told this outlet.

The FBI has been extremely tight-lipped on its pipe bomb investigation, and most of the revealtions have come via congressional investigations or other agencies, such as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Last July, for instance, Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., played a video showing a passerby “miraculously” finding a pipe bomb outside of the DNC headquarters on Jan. 6, 2021.

Massie’s revelation followed an interview he and other House Judiciary Committee members conducted with former FBI official Steven D’Antuono, who oversaw the bureau’s pipe bomb investigation until he retired last November. In that interview, D’Antuono disclosed that some of the cell phone evidence from the FBI’s pipe bomb investigation was “corrupted.”

More recently, congressional investigators revealed that the “passerby” pegged by Massie was, in fact, a plainclothes Capitol Police officer.

The latest major development came in March, when the Justice Department released ATF records showing that CIA explosives technicians were part of the response to the pipe bombs placed outside the RNC and DNC headquarters.

Still, the FBI is staying silent on the matter.

“It was 900 days ago when this happened, and you said you had total confidence that you’d apprehend the subject,” Massie said a year ago, to no avail. “It’s 900 days. You need to tell us what you found.”

FBI Claims Purportedly Struggling To Crack Trump Shooter's Phone

The FBI has reportedly taken alleged Trump shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks’s phone to its lab in Quantico, Virginia, where its technicians are working to unlock it as part of the investigation into his possible motives.

But according to Fox News reporter Laura Ingraham, the FBI’s finest techies are struggling to crack the phone.

“An official is telling Fox they believe the shooter acted along. We’re also learning they can’t get into his cellphone,” Ingraham said on Sunday. “They have it at Quantico but haven’t been able to get any data out of it.”

BREAKING 🚨 Quantico reportedly cannot get into the alleged shooter’s cell phone, who they state: "Acted alone."

pic.twitter.com/voRPYiHlGV
— Toria Brooke (@realtoriabrooke) July 15, 2024

The FBI’s claim that it can’t crack Crooks’s phone should be treated with skepticism. The bureau has a track record of lying about such matters.

The most notorious case of the FBI claiming it couldn’t crack an encrypted phone happened in December 2015, in the wake of the San Bernardino shooting, in which two shooters killed more than a dozen victims.

At the time, the FBI claimed it couldn’t access one of the shooters’ iPhones. The bureau sought a court order to force Apple to help the FBI break the phone’s encryption.

Apple resisted the FBI’s coercsion, but the dispute was never fully litigated. It turned out, the FBI hired an Australian cybersecurity firm to hack the phone around March 2016 or shortly thereafter. The purported true story of how the FBI unlocked the phone wasn’t told until 2021.

A similar situation occurred in May 2020, when then-Attorney General William Barr and FBI Director Chris Wray criticized Apple for not helping investigators who were attempting to gain access to two iPhones used by Mohammed Alshamrani, who launched a terror attack at the Pensacola Naval Air Station in Florida in December 2019.

Wray has continued his anti-encryption throughout the years. In March 2021, for example, he told the Senate Judiciary Committee that encryption was stifling his agents from investigating domestic extremism.

“Like Alshamrani, the plotters who sought to kidnap the governor of Michigan late last year used end-to-end encrypted apps to hide their communications from law enforcement. Their plot was only disrupted by well-timed human source reporting and the resulting undercover operation,” Wray said at the time.

“Subjects of our investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol siege used end-to-end encrypted communications as well.”

According to Wray and other law enforcers, tech companies should be able to build “backdoors” into their encryption that preserves privacy, while allowing for access when necessary. That, they say, strikes the proper balance between data security and national security.

However, numerous tech experts, civil libertarians, and others say that it’s impossible to build a backdoor that can’t be exploited by hackers. They also say that by banning encryption, the United States would be following in the footsteps of authoritarian countries such as China, which blocked the encrypted messaging app Signal.

“It is important to understand that any kind of back door (or front door) access for the ‘good guys’ can also be exploited by the ’bad guys,’” the pro-industry Information Technology & Innovation Foundation stated in a July 2020 report, in the midst of the Apple-Barr controversy.

“For example, key escrow systems would introduce new attack vectors that could allow attackers to gain access to encrypted information, such as by compromising the system that maintains copies of the keys.”

...and in case you hadn't put it all together, here's Matt Walsh...

Guys there’s nothing strange going on here. The 20 year old shooter had never used social media or posted a single thing on the internet, ever, and his phone cannot be accessed because it has a password which our government’s best hackers cannot bypass. That’s all. Normal stuff.

...what do they need to hide?

FBI Employee In Gun Background Check Unit Expressed Disappointment That Trump Lived

A Democrat staffer also wrote: ‘I don’t condone violence but please get you some shooting lessons so you don’t miss next time.’

Government employees including a Democrat congressional staffer and a purported FBI employee took to social media to express dismay that Saturday’s assassination attempt against former President Trump was unsuccessful.

After a gunman opened fire at a Pennsylvania political rally on Saturday, social media posts expressed sentiments like “don’t miss next time” and “so close.”
FBI Staffer: ‘So Close’

Jenna Howell, who is a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) employee, according to a former FBI analyst who spoke with The Federalist, took to Facebook to express apparent regret that the gunman failed to assassinate Trump.

“The memes…the memes are gold,” Howell wrote in a Facebook comment. She shared an image depicting the grim reaper attempting to pick Trump out of a claw machine captioned “AWWW SO CLOSE.”

Howell appeared to criticize social media users expressing grief and outrage over the political violence, writing, “Y’all gun-toting, 2nd Amendment-loving hillbillies better just sit down and stay quiet unless you’re gonna change your mind on gun control.”

Law enforcement has provided no official information on how Crooks obtained the firearm.

Former FBI analyst Chris Toompas told The Federalist that Howell is a former NICS Firearms Background Check Unit employee, the unit that decides whether Americans are permitted to obtain firearms. She is now assigned to the FBI’s Identity Research Department, according to Toompas.

Toompas, who said he worked with Howell before the Covid-19 pandemic, spoke with The Federalist about her history.

“The only thing leftists love to do is hate those who disagree with them, and in this instance, wish for their death,” Toompas said, adding that he was terminated from the FBI for refusing to comply with the Covid-19 vaccine mandate.

“I went to Facebook during my suspension to voice my disdain for the mandate and share my suspension story,” Toompas explained. “When I did so, [Howell] threatened to report me to the FBI for violating the FBI’s Facebook policy. The irony.”

Howell’s posts have since been removed from her Facebook page.
Congressional Staffer: ‘Get Shooting Lessons’

Jacqueline Marsaw, who was hired as a field representative by Democrat Rep. Bennie Thompson in 2023, shared her disappointment that Trump was not killed in a series of Facebook posts Saturday night.

“I don’t condone violence but please get you some shooting lessons so you don’t miss next time,” Marsaw wrote. The post was apparently directed at alleged gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was shot and killed by law enforcement after opening fire.

Crooks, 20, wounded Trump and killed a local father, whose daughter said he died shielding her from the gunfire. Crooks seriously injured two others.

“That’s what your hate speech got you!!” Marsaw posted. She later criticized Trump supporters who spoke out against her posts, claiming they “can’t see the wrong that he does.”

Marsaw identified herself as a “CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST” and listed Thompson’s office as her place of employment. She deleted the posts, captured by the Magnolia Tribune, later that evening. Her account appeared deleted as of Sunday afternoon.

Marsaw was fired following the posts.

“I was made aware of a post made by a staff member and she is no longer in my employment,” Thompson said in a statement on Sunday.

Thompson also tweeted a response to the assassination attempt on Saturday evening and expressed he was “glad the former President is safe.”

The congressman, however, had previously introduced a bill to terminate Trump’s Secret Service protection. Thompson introduced the “DISGRACED Former Protectees Act” in April to ensure the former president would receive no “special treatment” following potential felony convictions resulting from Democrats’ lawfare.

Thompson did not respond to The Federalist’s request for comment regarding how he views his DISGRACE Act in light of Saturday’s assassination attempt against former President Trump.

Whistleblower Report – Trust Lost: Local and State Law Enforcement Stop Cooperating and Sharing Information with Politicized FBI

Miranda Devine has an interesting op-ed today in the New York Post, sharing information gleaned from a group of law enforcement who are no longer cooperating with what they see as a highly politicized FBI.

The underlying issue is not a surprise to many of us, and the specific reasons for the distrust and lack of cooperation are, not surprisingly, exactly what we predicted long before their assembly came together.

NEW YORK POST – […] “They are not only reluctant to work with the FBI but reportedly have decided to no longer share actionable, substantive information on criminal and other intelligence-related activity with the FBI.”

Most concerning is what the alliance of whistleblowers calls a “crisis of confidence” in FBI-led task forces where relationships with local cops have deteriorated to the point of “imploding” in some cases because of “poor management and ineffective leadership by the FBI.”

Local cops said their precipitous loss of trust in the FBI was triggered by its excessive response to the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, followed by the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.

One source, a 25-year veteran sergeant in the Major Crimes Division of a large police force in a Western state, said they “cannot understand why the FBI is not going after [far-left militant group] Antifa, BLM and pro-Palestinian rioters with the same vigor the FBI brought to bear against” J6 participants. (read more)

What the group describes about the FBI relationship with Antifa is exactly what we have previously discussed on these pages. There is no way for Antifa to operate as a domestic extremist group, without the expressed support and willful blindness of the FBI. Quite simply if the FBI wanted to stop the violent and extremist activity of Antifa, they could do that easily.

Remember, the objective of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was to resecure what they perceived as physical evidence President Trump controlled showing how the DOJ and FBI action in 2016 was targeting him using the power of their law enforcement and intelligence agencies. In the background, the origination of all the DOJ/FBI/IC targeting goes back to the ’15/’16 FBI exploitation of the NSA database; this is not a contested discussion issue – it’s just continually forgotten.

The FBI was using their access to the NSA metadata of all Americans, to conduct surveillance on political candidates that might be a threat to the power structures that exploited the secrets within the electronic records of all Americans. The FBI was, almost certainly still is, conducting domestic surveillance and tracking Americans just like the German Stasi or Soviet KGB. It’s still happening, but we are not supposed to talk about it, or something.

The raid on Mar-a-Lago, just like the Robert Mueller investigation, was part of a long standing coverup operation. The FBI was looking for what Trump took with him as evidence of the weaponized system that targeted him. The FBI wanted that back. The FBI was willing to use deadly force to get it back if that’s what it took.

Using the FBI to filter security clearances – [Fourth Branch of Govt]

A History of FBI Weaponization – [SEE HERE]

The modern FBI is the police agency of a weaponized U.S government, with a direct and purposeful mandate to keep the American people under control through strict surveillance and a violent police state.

Understand and accept this with great seriousness, there are no honorable “rank and file” inside this organization.

Every member of the FBI is a participant in the weaponization of power and government. The members are jackboots recruited from ideological college campuses for exactly the purpose of supporting a Stasi-like police state.

Through the past several years, we have discovered how the FBI worked inside Twitter, Facebook and social media to control information, remove content and manipulate opinion on behalf of the U.S. government – all activity political.

We have also learned the FBI took active measures to suppress information about the Hunter Biden laptop and control any negative consequences for the Biden regime – again, political. These are not disputed realities.

The U.S. Dept of Justice and FBI are now political institutions that have abandoned their originating mission in order to become the domestic equivalent of the Soviet-era FSB. Their joint targeting mechanisms have been redesigned to support the interests of corrupt DC politicians, specifically the interests of Democrats.

It was in June 2022, when Senator Chuck Grassley sent a letter [pdf HERE] to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray, notifying them of whistleblower allegations from within the FBI that senior leadership in both Main Justice and FBI are involved in a coordinated effort to cover up criminal activity related to Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations, in combination with the documented history of DOJ and FBI misconduct, culminate in Senator Grassley stating:

“If these allegations are true and accurate, the Justice Department and FBI are – and have been – institutionally corrupted to their very core to the point in which the United States Congress and the American people will have no confidence in the equal application of the law. Attorney General Garland and Director Wray, simply put, based on the allegations that I’ve received from numerous whistleblowers, you have systemic and existential problems within your agencies.” (LINK)

Grassley was admitting what has been visible for years.

Senator Grassley is telling the corrupt DOJ-FBI leadership that people in the organizations are outlining the detailed behavior of their corrupt leadership. However, with zero oversight involved, and with Democrats in charge of all committees that would be responsible for such oversight, and with institutional media in alignment and agreement with the corrupt institutional intents of the DOJ/FBI, the frustrating question becomes, “and“?

I mean, who are we kidding? If Republicans were in charge of the Senate Judiciary, Reform/Oversight, or Intelligence committees, do we really believe that anything would be different? Before responding to that cynicism, remind yourself, they were for four years, January 2015 through January 2019, Republicans in charge of oversight.

It was exactly when Republicans were in charge of Main Justice and FBI oversight that Main Justice and FBI were targeting political candidate Donald Trump.

In July 2021, the DOJ OIG produced an absolutely damning Inspector General investigation of FBI conduct in the rape and sexual assault of U.S. Gymnasts, revealing how FBI agents facilitated Nassar’s sex crimes by taking no action despite numerous witness statements to them.

Worse yet, the FBI never reported the sexual assaults to local law enforcement… and to top it off, the rank and vile FBI agents lied during the investigation of their conduct, and the DOJ under AG Bill Barr, and now under AG Merrick Garland, refused to prosecute the FBI liars.

The entire IG report [Must Read pdf Here] reveals layer-upon-layer of FBI wrongdoing, misconduct and false statements in an effort to cover up their activity when the internal investigation of their conduct began. This report is a total condemnation of the FBI rank and file. It really is quite stunning.

BACKGROUND on FBI – As we discovered in January of 2023, the FBI was fully aware of the terrorist who was planning to shoot the synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, and yet they did nothing.

The FBI knowledge of the shooter, Malik Faisal Akram, who was known as Faisal Akram, was confirmed by The Daily Mail. Akram ranted, prior to his travel to the U.S, that he wished he had died in the 9/11 terror attacks. He was a regular visitor to Pakistan, and reportedly a member of the Tablighi Jamaat group set up to ‘purify’ Islam. To say the U.S. intelligence system knew Faisal Akram would be an understatement.

The FBI was also fully aware of the Boston Marathon bombers, the Tsarnaev brothers, before they executed their plot. The FBI took no action. The Russian police twice warned the FBI that the Tsarnaev brothers were going to carry out a domestic terrorist attack on the USA, the FBI did nothing.

The FBI knew about the San Bernardino terrorists, specifically Tashfeen Malik, and were monitoring her phone calls and communications before her and Syed Farook executed their attack killing 14 people and leaving 22 others seriously injured. The FBI took no action.

The FBI knew Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad Alissa before he executed his attack. The FBI took no action.

The FBI knew in advance of the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff. The FBI knew in advance of the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance of the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians. The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan), and the FBI knew in advance of Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa. The FBI took no action.

The case of the first recorded ISIS attack on U.S. soil was in Garland, Texas in 2015.

The FBI not only knew the shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi) in advance, BUT the FBI ALSO took the shooters to the venue and were standing only a few yards away when Simpson and Soofi opened fire. Yes, you read that correctly – the FBI took the terrorists to the event and then watched it unfold. “An FBI trainer suggested in an interview with “60 Minutes” that, had the attack been bigger, the agency’s numerous ties to the shooter would have led to a congressional investigation.”

Remember, shortly before the 2018 mid-term election, when Ceasar Syoc – a man living in his van – was caught sending “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”, or what FBI Director Christopher Wray called “not hoax devices”?

Remember how sketchy everything about that was, including the child-like perpetrator telling a judge later that he was trying to walk back his guilty plea, because he was tricked into signing a confession for a crime he did not create.

Or more recently, the goofball plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer that involved 18 suspects, twelve of them actually working for the FBI as the plot was hatched? And we cannot forget the January 6th. DC protest turned insurrection effort, which is clearly looking like an FBI inspired and coordinated effort; and unlike Syoc, despite the numerous CCTV cameras and resources in the area, they cannot find who placed the pipe-bombs?

Have we forgotten the Atlanta “Olympic Park Bombing”, and the FBI intentionally setting up transparently innocent, Richard Jewel?

What about the FBI failing to investigate the assassination of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens in Benghazi. Did we forget when Robert Mueller’s FBI waited 19 days after the Benghazi attack before showing up at the compound?…. Journalists from the USA were walking around the compound after 48 hours, but it took the FBI another two weeks before the first investigator arrived…. All evidence long destroyed.

Then, there’s the entirety of the FBI conduct in “Spygate”, the demonstrably evident FBI operation to conduct political surveillance against Donald Trump using their investigative authorities; and the downstream consequences of a massive institutional effort to cover up one of the biggest justice department scandals in the history of our nation. The original effort against Donald Trump used massive resources from the DOJ and FBI. Heck, the coverup operation using the Mueller/Weissmann special counsel used more than 50 investigative FBI agents alone.

And of course, the FBI still had 13 extra agents available to rush to a NASCAR racetrack to investigate a garage door pull-down rope that might have been perceived as a noose; but the serial rape of hundreds of teenage girls, eh, not-so-much effort – even when they are standing in front of the FBI begging for help.

[At this point, I am increasingly convinced by evidence there are elements within the FBI that are enablers involved in sex trafficking, human smuggling, abduction, counterfeiting and money laundering as part of their operational mission.]

The FBI didn’t make a mistake or drop the proverbial ball in the Olympic gymnast case, they intentionally and specifically maintained the sexual exploitation of teenage girls by doing absolutely nothing with the complaints they received. This is not misconduct, this is purposeful.

Then, as if to apply salt to the open wound of severe FBI politicization, what did the FBI do with the Hunter Biden laptop?

[Notice I’ve set the issue of the disappearing Huma Abedin/Anthony Weiner laptop –in the known custody of the FBI– over there in the corner, next to missing investigation of the Awan brothers.]

More recently, the FBI executed a search warrant on the home and office of Project Veritas and the founder James O’Keefe. While the raid was taking place, a New York Times reporter called O’Keefe to ask him about his thoughts on getting raided. The same New York Times journalist, a few days later, then begins writing about the confidential attorney-client privileged information illegally retrieved then leaked by the FBI during their raid.

♦My point is this…

What the Federal Security Service (FSB) is to the internal security of the Russian state, so too is the FBI in performing the same function for the U.S. federal government.

The FBI is a U.S. version of the Russian “State Police”; and the FBI is deployed -almost exclusively- to attack domestic enemies of those who control government, while they protect the interests of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government. That is the clear and accurate domestic prism to contextualize their perceived mission: “domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat” to their objective.

Put another way, “We The People”, who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI’s actual and literal enemy.

Let me be very clear with another brutally obvious example. Antifa could not exist as an organization, capable to organize and carry out violent attacks against their targets, without the full support of the FBI. If the FBI wanted to arrest members of Antifa, who are actually conducting violence, they could do it easily – with little effort.

It is the absence of any action, by the FBI toward Antifa, that tells us the FBI is enabling that violent extremist behavior to continue. Once you accept that transparent point of truth, then you realize the FBI definition of domestic violent extremism is something else entirely.

The FBI is not a law enforcement or investigative division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The FBI is a political weapon of a larger institution that is now focused almost entirely toward supporting a radical communist agenda to destroy civil society in the United States.

The FBI set up the operation in Michigan to give the illusion that domestic threats were attempting to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer, everything about the events were an FBI construct. The same thing with the January 6th events in Washington DC and the pipe bombs. These are domestic FBI operations. Think about the precarious nature of what this type of activity indicates.

The current mission of the FBI appears to be preserving and protecting institutional power by protecting the administration of Joe Biden.

Anyone who continues to push this insufferable and fraudulent “honorable FBI rank and file talking point”, is, at this point in history, willfully and purposefully operating to deceive the American people on behalf of government interests who are intent on destroying us.

It is not a difference of opinion any longer. Personally, I have lost the ability to sit comfortably or intellectually with anyone who pushes or accepts the ‘mistakes are made’ nonsense. The FBI is not making mistakes, they are doing well what is important to them.

To me, it comes down to a simple matter of accepting what is continually staring us in the face.

Additionally, as we watched the outcome of the Michael Sussmann trial, we should never lose sight of the fact that 40 FBI agents were involved in the Mueller-Weissmann probe to investigate the fraudulent construct created by Hillary Clinton and crew. 40 agents? And, according to the outcome of the Sussmann trial, the FBI knew it was all a ruse.

This is why and how the Fourth Branch of U.S. Government is now the superseding apparatus above all other branches. {GO DEEP} This is why and how Barack Obama, John Brennan and Eric Holder created it, cemented it, and made it impervious to any effort to remove it.

Remember when Henry Cuellar was critical of the Biden administration open border policies that were hurting his Texas district? Less than a month after going public with his criticisms, the FBI raids on his home and office began. The same FBI that raided the home of James O’Keefe while coordinating their search with the New York Times.

The Fourth Branch of Government is corrupt; heck, the J6 committee was defending the corrupt FBI, participating with the corrupt FBI, selling a joint J6 operation that involved the FBI. The corrupt media have aligned with the corrupt FBI, and the justice institutions in/around this legal framework are self-aware and fully autonomous.

As the Twitter files show, the DOJ and FBI, through the authority of DHS, now have the ability to monitor every single aspect of every life that might seek to challenge or destroy the corrupt system.

In essence, Skynet -the ultimate end game of political surveillance and targeting outlined by Edward Snowden- has been activated. We the People are the enemy of the state.

Jackboots are very real, and they are wearing FBI logos on their shirts.

The United States Marshals Service led a six-week nationwide operation that resulted in 200 critically missing children being found – the youngest being a 5-month-old, according to the US Department of Justice.

The children included endangered runaways and those abducted by parents who didn’t have custody, a news release from the Justice Department said. They were rescued from May 20 to June 24 during a nationwide effort called Operation We Will Find You 2. A critically missing child is one who is at an increased risk of danger if they are not found as soon as possible.

Federal, state and local agencies in seven federal judicial districts and locations across the United States along with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children participated in recovering the children, 123 of whom were rescued “from dangerous situations,” according to officials.

“These missing children were considered some of the most challenging recovery cases in the area, based on indications of high-risk factors such as victimization of child sex trafficking, child exploitation, sexual abuse, physical abuse, and medical or mental health conditions,” the Justice Department release states.

The coast-to-coast operation took place in locations including Portland and Eugene, Oregon; several counties in South Florida; New York City; and parts of Michigan.

“Of the 200 children found, 173 were endangered runaways, 25 were considered otherwise missing, one was a family abduction, and one was a non-family abduction,” according to the release.

Fourteen of the children were located outside the city where they went missing and 57% of those rescued were found within a week of the US Marshals Service assisting with their case, according to the Justice Department.

“One of the most sacred missions of US Marshals Service is locating and recovering our nation’s critically missing children,” said Marshals Service Director Ronald L. Davis in the release. “This is one of our top priorities as there remain thousands of children still missing and at risk.”

How do we get our national institutions cleaned up if we can’t trust Congress? Republican voters need to “primary” the likes of John Cornyn and others. But short sighted and lazy party leaders will not risk losing the seats to Democrat candidates. This is a cowardly way to retain control of a particular office and it does not serve American citizens. We have far too many people voting against a candidate instead of voting for a candidate. This is where a third party could rip apart the log jam in Trump-like fashion. We need a third party nay-sayer to shine a light on the corruption and / or the defunct political machinery and processes that stymies meaningful reform. Trump’s brash rhetoric and willingness to pull back the curtain has been helpful in getting more voters interested in what’s going on. That applies to both pro- and con- Trump attitudes. As long as the questions raised are critical rather than rehashed propaganda our system can benefit a great deal from this scrutiny and struggle. Unfortunately we have too many dug in with ideology and they don’t even understand the ideology they are committing to.

Need to elect better candidates, pure and simple. There's no need to even look at the Democrat party anymore. There isn't a sane party member in the pack. Until another political party can rise to the occasion we're stuck with the 2 party mess. It's not ideal, but I do know the Democrats aren't to be trusted even with a ballpoint pen. You can't stop the reasons why someone votes for somebody despite what Frank wants to claim. Stupid is as stupid does. Look at the usual states and figure out what the common denominator is...California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Maryland and Ohio. There is a stranglehold on those states. They wonder why constituents are leaving them in droves...HINT: It's not for just a change of weather! They're fed up with being taxed to death...by Democrats!

It's comical to witness Harris spreading the same debunked hoax lies. She's totally bought in and it's a real Keystone Kop operation in her campaign. You'd think someone...anyone would tell that big dummy that Project 2025 isn't a Trump "blueprint". Even Joe was starting to walk it back because he was slapped in the face with it. It simply amazes me how people cannot use the Information Superhighway to research and see that Project 2025 is from the Heritage Foundation. Pretty sad that the very same group was leaned hard by the Gipper. My how the mighty have fallen and I've read some of it and there's good points too but admitting that is like saying Friedrich Engels had some great ideas. Trump has distanced himself from it and said that its not his plan. His campaign website has what he's running on and the clips from some of the campaign stops have him talking about them too. Once again, you want to believe an educated voter exists...they don't. Most get their information from the alphabet news shows spouting the same rhetoric from the same hymnal.

Utah Attorney Catches FBI Deception in OKC Bomb Records Case

'It can fairly be said that the only difference between the FBI and Russian KGB is that the KGB never claimed to be a legitimate law enforcement agency...'

Last month, the Justice Department asked a judge to pause a lawsuit seeking records about the FBI’s involvement with the Oklahoma City bombing. But in doing so, the DOJ and the FBI made statements so misleading they merit sanctions, according to the plaintiff in that case, Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue.

The deception spotted by Trentadue stems from a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit he filed against the FBI in February, seeking records about Roger Edwin Moore, who was a CIA asset, an FBI informant and a business associate to OKC bomber Tim McVeigh; as well as for records about the Aryan Republican Army, a neo-Nazi bank-robbery gang also involved in the attack.

Trentadue filed the lawsuit after waiting nine years for the FBI to process his FOIA request for those records. Despite that long wait, the FBI then asked a federal judge for another nearly 12 years to release the records he seeks.

Then, last month the bureau represented to a federal judge that many of the records Trentadue wants are already on the FBI’s website. But according to Trentadue, that’s a lie.

“That statement is so misleading as to merit sanctions. The BOMBROB records posted by the FBI, for example, consist of just 5,514 pages, not the 36,795 pages of responsive documents that the Bureau claims to possess,” Trentadue said in a Tuesday court filing, responding to the FBI’s request to pause his lawsuit. BOMBROB was FBI’s investigation of the ARA.

“More importantly, of these 5,514 pages, only 51 pages reference McVeigh. Similarly, the FBI’s website contains just 229 pages of records on Roger Edwin Moore, not the 31,129 pages of responsive records that the Bureau claims to have located, and none of these records involve Moore’s participation in Operation Punchout,” Trentadue added, referencing the FBI operation in which Moore served as an informant.

Trentadue also took issue with the FBI telling the judge that he agreed to receive records at a rate of 500 pages per month, which would mean it would take about 12 years to receive them all. Trentadue explained that he initially was OK with receiving 500 records per month on a rolling basis nearly a decade ago—as opposed to waiting for the FBI to gather all the records and send them in one batch.

“Plaintiff agreed to receiving the document sin 500-page increments on a CD as they were processed, whereby he would not have to wait until all of the records were processed before receiving them,” he explained in his Tuesday filing. “Plaintiff NEVER agreed to the FBI processing the documents at the rate of only 500-pages per month.”

For Trentadue, dealing with DOJ/FBI deception is nothing new. For instance, in a separate lawsuit seeking surveillance footage of the OKC bombing, a federal judge is investigating allegations that the FBI tampered with one of his witnesses. Trentadue referenced that ongoing scandal in his Tuesday response to the FBI.

“It can fairly be said that the only difference between the FBI and Russian KGB is that the KGB never claimed to be a legitimate law enforcement agency. It can also be fairly said that in cases such as this involving an overarching specter of government malfeasance, the FBI has been and will be anything but honest and candid with the court,” he said.

Trentadue wants the presiding judge to order the FBI to give him records at the rate of 5,500 pages per month.

In his Tuesday filing, he noted that the 30th anniversary of the OKC bombing is this April. He argued that there’s immense public interest in that case, and attached two articles written by this reporter as evidence of that. To Trentadue’s point, Headline USA’s article about his initial lawsuit in February is currently the third-most viewed story on this site in 2024.

“The court should deny the FBI’s motion to stay and commence with the BOMBROB request because of the upcoming anniversary of the Oklahoma City Bombing … The court should also order the FBI to process the records at the rate of 5,500 pages per month with interim month-end releases of the documents processed during each month, which will result in Plaintiff receiving all of the records in about 13 months instead of 11-plus years,” he said.

It’s not clear when the judge might decide on the matter.

Like it was "shrapnel"...from what??? All of the teleprompters are still standing on the podium. The line of fire on the people in the stands lines up with the shooter. Seeing Trump grab his ear reminded my of the 1st shot on JFK where he too acted in the same manner.

Then Wray has to clean up himself to protect his position.

I think it is more realistic to see government agencies as large, complex and inherently a mixed bag.

Some will tell you that you can’t trust the cops because of the actions of a few bad apples. But many cops are pillars of our society. So is the FBI on honorable institutions? See above.

People vote in our candidate for emotional reasons and all too often mis-information. Would a third party really be different?

Brew, I think you have good points here. My thoughts are that the mixed bag agencies are more corrupt now than they have been and I believe they have been weaponized for political purposes more than they have been in recent years. I think we have exceeded a critical tipping point and corrective action is past due.

For third parties - yes, people notoriously vote for emotional reasons or single issues. This boils down to loyalty to an ideology that they probably don’t understand. Some people vote Republican because they like to associate themselves as conservatives but they can’t see beyond the label. I mean that they actually support actions that are not conservative. The NEOCON era is a good example of what I mean. It may as well have been called NONCON as far as I can tell because it wasn’t a move towards conservative government. I could contrast classic liberal with progressive liberal as well. So, getting to third parties now, they force issues to the surface and into the public discourse. It creates an opportunity for people to examine the arguments and see where neither party is being 100% honest with their rhetoric. The two major parties have to carefully define their positions to differentiate themselves while proving they are still a better choice than a third party. A very general example is the different attitudes of fiscal conservative but socially liberal voters. They don’t really have a home and, in my opinion, the Libertarian party has done a lousy job of capturing that space. If they did, it might force the two major parties to clarify and / or commit to change. For example, we see conservative candidates voting to increase spending and increase the national debt. Voters who like to see themselves as conservative are voting for progressive candidates but the voters don’t even understand what they are voting for. Instead, they cling to their team colors and mascots and engage in an emotional win or lose contest with the “other team”.

I hope that wasn’t too much blabbering and that it sheds some light on my thoughts.

Once again, disgraceful FBI had yet another deadly school shooter on their ‘radar’ for over a year…

Here we are again—another school shooter on a deadly rampage, and once more, we learn that the disgraceful FBI not only had prior knowledge of Colt Gray but even interviewed him and his father after disturbing social media posts came to light and anonymous tips came in about the troubled teen.

Washington Post:

After a shooter opened fire at Apalachee High School in Winder, Ga., on Wednesday, killing four people, authorities are looking into the possible motives of the suspect, a 14-year-old student at the school, as the community mourns. Nine people who were injured and hospitalized are expected to survive, Barrow County officials said. The suspect was booked into a youth detention center in Gainesville overnight, authorities confirmed early Thursday. In the coming days, investigators will seek to determine how the shooter obtained an “AR-platform-style weapon” they say he used. They will also assess any connection to an earlier incident in which the FBI interviewed the suspect, Colt Gray, while investigating anonymous reports of online threats to commit a school shooting.

What more does the FBI need to contain the situation? Do they need these shooters handed to them on a silver platter? Sure, maybe the teen couldn’t be charged with a crime, but with all the passion and resources the FBI throws into targeting Trump supporters, you’d think they could spare a fraction of that to keep a closer eye on a suspected school shooter, right?

Meanwhile, Colt Gray, who was allowed to carry on, thanks to the ineptitude of the FBI and local police, went on a shooting rampage that targeted a special needs child, killing him and others and injuring many innocent people.

Collin Rugg:

NEW: School sh**ter Colt Gray appeared to target a special needs classroom as autistic 14-year-old Mason Schermerhorn has been identified as a victim.

What a sick and vile human being.

Special-ed math teacher David Phenix was ID’d earlier as one of the injured.

The other three individuals who were k*lled have not yet been identified.

Schermerhorn’s mother confirmed he had passed.

His family had shared his photo on social media after they were unable to reach him.

“If he is escalated, PLEASE use a calm voice with him,” a family member said.

Horrific.

Once again, the FBI finds itself at the center of it all, having had extensive contact with the shooter over a year ago. This keeps happening, and you have to ask yourself—why?

BBC:

A boy accused of killing four people at his high school in Georgia was interviewed last year by police about anonymous online threats, the FBI has said.

Colt Gray, 14, denied to police in May 2023 he was behind internet posts that contained images of guns, warning of a school shooting.

The suspect opened fire on Wednesday at Apalachee High School in the city of Winder, killing two teachers and two pupils, investigators say. Eight students and one teacher were injured.

He was arrested on campus and will be prosecuted as an adult.

Here’s more on the FBI’s prior knowledge of Colton Gray, the shooter, and just how obvious the red flags were.

Here’s a closeup of the statement:

Image

It seems like every time we hear about a mass shooting, the FBI has some kind of ‘prior knowledge.’ If they’ve got this information, why can’t they find a way to track or stop these people before they go on a killing spree?

“Has the FBI become too political, too focused on DEI, and too weaponized to actually do the job they’re meant to do? Whatever the real reason, it’s happening so often that there are memes about it. So, what’s the deal? We deserve to know why the FBI is either so inept or so calculated that these mass shootings are allowed to happen unchecked.

The DNC OWNS THE F.B.I...

THE F.B.I. IS THE NAZI S.S. FOR THE DNC..

THE DNC WANTS " NO GUN OWNERSHIP IN AMERICA "

HENCE...LET THE " DEMENTED NUTCASES LOOSE ON THE GENERAL PUBLIC" UNTIL...ALL GUNS ARE CONSFISCATED...

thus is a classic Case of let whatever happens happen...
The FBI AND THE DNC WIN EITHER WAY...
THERE IS NO LOSING SENARIO for either of them...

EPIC: Entrepreneur Humiliates FBI When They Come to Intimidate Him—'Can See the Shame on Their Faces'

To tell the truth, I don't know a whole lot about Jeremey Kauffman, who is listed as “an American entrepreneur and political activist known for founding and leading the blockchain-based filesharing project LBRY. Kauffman is also known as a vocal supporter and activist within the Free State Project (FSP) and a former board member. “

Has he made some statements on Twitter that have upset the always-triggered class? A search would seem to indicate so, with some calling him a pedophile, although my reading of that interaction leads me to believe that he was just being outlandish in his comments.

So I’ll say this: I'm not endorsing the guy or his viewpoints, but what I can say is that he posted an epic video Monday that showed him absolutely humiliating FBI agents who came to his home to try to intimidate him over what he has to say.

The shame and defeat on the agents’ faces seemed to reveal that they knew they were engaging in the weaponization of our law enforcement institutions and not actually working to keep the American public safe.

Watch:https://x.com/jeremykauffman/status/1835782658091102608

The video shows two supposed FBI agents approaching Kauffman’s house and asking for him, yet when he demands to know their full names and see their credentials, they clam up. If you were on a legitimate investigation, wouldn’t you pull out your ID, state your name fully, and explain exactly the reasons why you were there—“We are here to talk to you about the threatening statements you made against so-and-so,” for example?

But they didn’t. Instead, the agents—who, as my friend and colleague Jim Thompson noted, “Why do FBI agents now look and dress like bros who just got off work at the Costco?”—hemmed and hawed and deflected and just generally seemed dishonest.

But more than that, as Kauffman noted, they just plain seem to be humiliated. “You can see the shame on their faces,” he wrote. And unless it turns out that Kauffman made threats or otherwise broke the law, why shouldn’t they be? According to the First Amendment, he can make controversial statements, and he shouldn’t be visited by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for departing from “The Narrative.”

The most revealing moment to me: Kauffman said, “Didn’t you guys read the Constitution?” Their answer: “Thank you for your time.” Then they slinked off like humiliated children caught stealing from the cookie jar.

“You guys are embarrassing,” Kauffman told them. Tellingly, they again had no answer.

Kauffman has made some enemies with his outspoken libertarian views—but so what? That’s not supposed to be illegal in this country, according to the First Amendment. Unless it turns out that he threatened to kill the president or to burn down the houses of his ideological adversaries, he’s supposed to be allowed to say what he thinks without the weaponized Biden-Harris DOJ knocking at his door.

From what I can tell, he just delivered a Master Class in what to do when the Thought Police come for you—videotape every moment. The priceless faces of the humiliated FBI agents tells me what I need to know; they knew they were not seeking justice, they were just seeking intimidation.

FBI Reveals That Iran Hacked Trump Campaign Materials And Gave Them To Biden/Harris

The AP is reporting that the FBI has uncovered evidence that Iranian hackers stole materials from the Trump campaign in the Summer and provided them to what was then the Biden/Harris campaign.

The report notes that the emails were sent to “people who were associated with Biden’s campaign” in June and July when he was still the Democratic nominee.

Perhaps it is time to start questioning this more vigorously https://t.co/6Ek0pYM8SY pic.twitter.com/tJgP3V9G8R
— Stephen L. Miller (@redsteeze) September 18, 2024

The FBI uncovered the “unsolicited” evidence as part of its efforts to investigate election interference.

The emails “contained an excerpt taken from stolen, non-public material from former President Trump’s campaign as text in the emails,” a government statement noted.

It is not known if the Biden/Harris campaign reviewed the materials.

Hilariously, however, the Harris campaign issued a statement saying that they were “victims” of the hack.

The Harris campaign referring to itself as “victims” when they received the leaked files from Trump’s campaign, is really perfect encapsulation of both the gaslighting and the non-stop victimhood https://t.co/8gL4n0BUpa

Last night in New York, Trump referred to the development, calling it “foreign election interference,” and charging that “Biden is working with Iran.”

President Trump: Today, three agencies of the Kamala Harris and Joe Biden administration released a report CONFIRMING that Iranian hackers hacked into Trump campaign email accounts and gave the Biden-Harris campaign stolen material.

It is clear that there is a concerted effort to undermine Trump’s campaign, with officials revealing in August that further internal communications were hacked and provided to at least three media organisations, with the perpetrators suspected to be Iranian hackers.

As we previously highlighted, the Secret Service also uncovered an assassination plot against Trump by Iran on the same weekend as the Butler shooting in July.

How many Biden or Kamala staffers shopped oppo to the media that they originally got from Iran trying to interfere in our election? This is a massive story. https://t.co/rxjcfIFLr6

The DNC is a terrorist organization.

The FBI is the SS for the DNC.

The presstitutes operating with a Free Press are a Goebbels wet dream.

So, to be clear, Iran and Russia both want Kamala to win. I know all I need to know.

Is Biden back on the ticket in this election? I can't keep up.

If you are referring to attempts earlier in the campaign cycle, the allegation of the Biden/Harris campaign ALSO being hacked was an unsubstantiated claim made by Google (https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/security/us-confirms-trump-campaign-claim-was-breached-iranian-hackers-rcna167285 fifth paragraph).

"Arm Yourself" - Persecuted Former FBI Specialist Urges Americans To Stock Up On Food And Prepare For Hardship

A former FBI specialist who was persecuted for questioning January 6 said during a hearing with lawmakers on Capitol Hill that Americans should stock up on food and prepare for hardship.

Marcus Allen, a former FBI staff operations specialist, told the Judiciary Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government that he was deliberately targeted by higher ups for asking why there were so many federal informants in the crowd at the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.

“The FBI questioned my allegiance to the United States, suspended my security clearance, suspended my pay and refused to allow me to obtain outside employment or even accept charity,” Allen testified

The feds came down hard on Allen after he sent an email on September 21st, 2021 which his supervisors claimed contained hyperlinks to “extremist propaganda” from “questionable sources”.

Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who testified alongside Allen, is investigating the FBI’s security clearance and adjudication process, including the targeting of “political conservatives who were seen as loyal to Trump or resistant to COVID-19 vaccine mandates.”

“There are no words strong enough to describe the impact the FBI’s lies about me have had on me and my family,” said Allen during an emotional statement.

“The stress has taken a toll on our health and our children have suffered, traumatized by the thought of our door getting kicked in or Dad not coming home.”

Allen added even more ominously:

"This is a warning, to the American people I say.. I personally have no confidence the FBI will reign in its own conduct."

However, it was Allen’s final comments that raised many eyebrows.

The former FBI staffer urged Americans to use their right to vote despite any doubts they may have about election integrity.

“My other recommendations are in the natural order,” Allen continued, “Arm yourself and know how to defend yourself, make three to four friends in your neighborhood and promise to come to each other’s mutual aid in times of hardship.”

“And during the great depression, people stocked up their pantry, so I think that’s a good practice especially in our economic times, and make sure you have three to four months of food,” he added.

Allen also urged Americans to pray and read the bible regularly.

DMV ....
The higher up's on the FBI FOOD CHAIN think all their underlings are puppets and serfs who should implement any and all orders they hand down to the fullest....
It is the SPECIAL SURVEILLANCE GROUP division that handles the TOTALLY ILLEGAL OPERATIONS....
THEY ARE UNDER A UNTRACEABLE BLACK BUDGET FUNDING umbrella that has F.I.S.A. court ORDERS and unlimited access to any location, any bank vault, any safe deposit box, any foreign bank account....
And by God they use it incessantly....

The number one rule is:

" make the targeted totally broke and unemployed and unemployment into their entire future, steal all there property and make them homeless...
Then arrange a fatal "accident" if and only if they do not commit suicide in a reasonable amount of time after hitting rock bottom....

$$$$ MONEY IS THE FIRST AND ONLY WEAPON AGAINST ANY ADVERSARY OR TARGETED INDIVIDUAL....
THEN GANGSTALK / STASI STYLE W/ NEW HYPER FBI DISCOVERED APPLICATIONS STUDIED IN THE FIELD SINCE 1950 ( USED AGAINST THE FAMOUS AUTHOR HEMINGWAY and thousands of other innocent U.S. citizens like myself...MR. JONES...
