Hello,

Has anyone ran into the issue of their package being damaged by UPS (package empty, No Invoice) and UPS stated that they cannot ship. will I be reimbursed? or the package re-shipped? first time buying from Cigar bids and it has been a pretty crappy experience.

And it won't get any better... we all hang out here in the Forum but we buy our cigars from reputable companies...

Call CBid, wait on hold for about an hour, be polite, and your issues will be resolved. Well, not the tiny peepee issue, but likely the cigar one.

And that's why Ladies and Gentlemen that I only purchase the "Velvet Glove" service package from event to event. Often imitated, never duplicated service. Accept no substitutes.

Drafter’s mom is so ugly Tony Faucci made up COVID-19 so she’d have to wear a mask.

And so noobs would get poorly shipped items.

Sorry to hear about your package. Hope it heals ok but in today’s day and age you’ll be accepted either way

I can't begin to tell you how much UPS sucks. I have a family member that works for them and if they will hire him they'll take anybody.
