Anyone win a bid and receive the wrong cigars? I won a 5 pack of man o’war ruination and received a 5 pack of diesel d.10th… I reached out to customer service, just wondering how long it takes for something like this. It was my first time receiving an item from here so I just hope this isn’t a regular thing

You will be sorely disappointed. CS is not answering any of the online inquiries. Call the number and be prepared to wait on hold for an hour or more.

Your issue will be resolved, but it's going to be a pain in the ass.

Yeah, I've gotten the wrong cigars before too. Bid on some Fuente "It's a boy" Curly head short filler cigars for a friend's first born son, this sent me a box of 858 Rosado SGs instead. I love my platinum membership.

1-800-697-8770 is a direct line to Shana's desk and she will hook you up.

Travis these guys are f-ing with you, you seem like a good egg.

The owner of cbid is named Dave and it’s a secret only us long time guys know, that he likes helping us when we occasionally run into issues. It’s his way of staying in touch with his customers (but just the ones he likes).

Call (214) 914-3337 between 9-4 centra and ask for Dave, tell him you’re friends with jaderose and tell him what issue you’re having and he will get you straightened up!

One persons gullible is another's decent person. Unspoiled by the tragedy that has ruined the minds of all the cretons in here.

stick around

Thanks zrx1200 Dave didn’t think it was very funny that he has gotten over a hundred calls about cigars and doesn’t work for this company

Honestly, the easiest thing to do here is just smoke the d10s you received and move on with life.
