I don't know Shana, but I hope her return to the forums means that CS is back in the game. I may have an order stuck in processing that I will need to call in for.

He sent me a picture of his sweaty butt crack... I told him I already had that shot framed over the fireplace, but he insisted it was a limited edition....

FYI, just called in to CS. Got through in 12 minutes and my issue was 100% resolved.

Well, I guess not!

Bought a couple items on freefall, but got an email that they cannot process my order because there had been a chargeback from my credit card over a year ago - the last time I tried to order.

Of course, the reason there was a chargeback is because I never got the cigars, the tracking number showed they sat at a interim location for a while and then were delivered back to CBid.

Cbid, as we all know, was not responding to emails or CSR requests and it was impossible to get them on the phone so yes I did eventually call the Credit Card bank. The bank also said they tried numerous times to get Cbid to respond to the issue but they never did so, yes, there was a charge back. Ah, well, should have known.

But I guess this means I won't be doing the text-only auctions either, Shana! LOL

Meh...........I’ve been busy, but decided to maybe order som cigars from here.
Um.........nope............none of my old favs available, or only has an over priced single, etc.
The other place is the same way currently...........weird.
Guess the cigar biz strugglingg as well.......

No matter, I’ve smoked maybe 10 cigars this year.
At that rate, my son is gonna inherit a lot of cigars....
