Of course Z is correct. It is one of my favorite short (45-60 minutes) smokes.

For a longer smoke I would add the A. Fuente 8-5-8 Maduro - consistent construction and quality. A great everydayer.

Fairly easy to find and a couple of places even have discount codes that help lower the cost.

DE undercrowns seem to go for around $5 all the time. Curivari Seleccion Privada can probably get there with the right discounts, but that may be a lucky get.

Many good suggestions above, some assuming you are bunch on CBID or online vs not in a B&M but all great options that most can be had for under 25 per 5 pack regularly on CBID. I would add the Camacho Triple Maduro to that list.
