I recently won a bid for four 5-packs of some cigars.
When I checked on the status of the order & shipping the next day, they were indicated to be "Back Ordered." They are now in "Processing" and I'm unsure when they will be available or shipped to me.
Perhaps I "missed" it? But nowhere during the bidding process did I see any indication that the cigars were NOT in stock when they were being auctioned. I was not pleased to be told after I'd won the bid that they were "back ordered" and I've no idea when they'll be shipped! That's rather ... dubious business!
Am I missing something?
I've never yet had a single issue with any CigarBid order. Just the opposite. I've found that CigarBid customer service bends over backwards to take very good care of their customers in every way they can.
So, this particular "glitch" really surprises me!
Again: Have I missed something?
Any advice or opinions would be appreciated.
Yah, since the pandemic, more and more “never-had-this-happen-to-me-before” issues so each case is unique yet familiar. Not much to tell you other than to call Customer Service and hope you don’t have to wait for over an hour before talking to a live and in living color human being.
