I won bids on August 27 and 29th and haven’t heard a thing as to my orders being shipped. No response from customer service. By the time I receive the cigars if I receive them I could use them as bails for my fence project at this rate. $200 plus and not a peep from them as to a tracking number let alone that my orders have been processed or shipped. I feel like I’m at the VA trying to see a voodoo doctor trying to get any info on my order. SEMPER FI JARHEADS

Sept 7 and still nothing. Customer service is as reliable as Biden getting our troops out of Afghanistan safely. Then again customer service this day in age is non-existing. Pride in one’s company is shown via customer service and there isn’t any.

Have you noticed any “Help Wanted” signs where you live? Or restrictions governments and municipalities have put on work place practices? They have had a rough go since the Chinese bat flu AIDS started.

Lmao @zrx hell no TEXAS is open and I coulda walked my order here by now. Be nice to know a it the order shipped and if so the tracking number for all the good tgat would do since the postal service tracking is non existent

I have looked into it further and have determined the problem -
The business climate has changed.

Ahh, the good old days when you could just place an order, and it would ship soon after.

Unfortunately, we've been forced to adopt a number of liberal policies in order to please the Wokies.

First, your order is analyzed by the Department of Diversity and Inclusion,
Where they determine if your order is biased and showing any signs of misrepresentation.

From there, it goes to the Department of Equity,
Where they determine if your cigars are too good for you based on your position in the social strata,
and whether they should go to someone who has been underserved by society and is more deserving.

Then it goes to the Department of Racial Equality,
Where they determine if your order has racist undertones and intentions.
Which has been a problem, since TonyGraz heads up that department.

Since he has been in this position, he has determined that every single order is racist,
And has irreversibly cancelled them. I’m suspecting that your order fell victim to Tony.
We really have to get rid of that a$$hole. He is absolutely killing our business.

I am in the same situation.
My order should have shipped Tuesday 9/7 (my shipping preference day).
There is no order # to reference.
I've emailed customer support 3 times.
I've even changed my shipping preference to Daily.

Hypothetically, as far as your order goes, it shouldn’t matter that you changed your shipping preference after it closed. But, given these challenging times, I doubt that anything will help other than calling CS and probably wait for a l-o-n-g time before speaking with a human. Other frustrated customers have posted similar complaints and efforts to contact CS through e-mails with no results so best to change your method of contact.

There's no phone number. It leads directly to a form you can submit electronically....there is no phone number provided anywhere.

Yes, I did and there is a phone number. Upper right hand corner. I wouldn’t have directed you there if it didn’t have it.

And there’s also a toll-free number at the top right of the landing page of the forum so numbers are provided twice.

The one caveat is that I use the desktop version of the site so that might make a difference if you’re looking at the mobile screen instead.
