He ain't gonna be poor. His net worth appears to be greater than $10 million. Plus, we do not know yet whether they are still paying him. Heck, they might even have to buy him out of his contract.

He might be out of the game for a while like five years, but so what? I am certain he can earn money in other ways should he need to. This is not a Matt Lauer moment.

He'll eventually renounce his brother in some way that doesn't violate his duty to his brother as a lawyer who gave legal advice to his brother and then he'll apologize to his fan base.

Or, there is always FOX or MSNBC...

In truth I would have done everything he did and more, but with a large exeption. I would have taken a leave of absence before I did anything, and I would have honestly explained to my employer why I was taking the leave so the could decide if they preferred that I resign. Family does come first for me.

Oh, I don't think he's going broke. How much do you think he gets for the book about him and the luv gov? Then the book about the dirty deeds at CNN? Then how much does he get a pop on the lecture circuit? Then how about this, he replaces Jen Pataki ( sp ). Then when the air clears another network picks him up, ratings you know.

All conjecture, but all within reason. Finally, it took a bit of time to fire him. Could that have been for negotiations of a non disclosure agreement?

Can't be illegal to give your brother legal advice after the fact, in this scenario. Realistically, who wouldn't- at least at first?

He's gone because he lied about the degree of legal and media advice he gave to his brother- after the fact- and used journalism contacts to investigate whether there were any more accusers out there. His bias is apparent. His conflict of interest between his job and his brother is obvious.

He, and probably others who work with him at CNN could not be objective.
