we know more after two years of intense study...so I'm not surprised that we've adjusted our response to a deadly and evolving plague...I would be surprised if today's "best practices" aren't changed in another 12 months...
as a comparison: the Navy's policies have undergone substantial revisions since it's start...to be expected that it evolves over time to adapt to changes in technology, armament and munitions, warfare and other environmental considerations...
