You would recall a judge who, after considering everything, took only one court day to complete an emergency injunction motion/hearing/ruling- which probably involved reading hundreds of pages of pleadings and the case law cited; reviewing evidence; and listening to live testimony of witness(es)- and then bringing things to a conclusion by ruling the right way? In my mind that's a really good, really hard-working judge. Only like 1 in 10 judges could/would do this.
