Robusto is a size, not a blend...Partagas 1845 is a blend...is the "1845" a robusto?

You probably shouldn’t hold much hope that Customer Service sees this…at least that’s been more the norm lately.

When you say “…seems previous message didn’t go out…”, you’re referring to the Customer Service link in My Account? If so, you should probably try again. As well as calling (…but you may have to wait for an inordinate amount of time so be forewarned!…).

Good luck!

p.s. - you may also want to PM CelticBomber. He was the Customer Service Liaison Manager during the height of the pandemic and CS issues that followed but has been absent as of late. Again, good luck.

I think he's talking about this

https://www.cigarbid.com...artagas-cigars/4172629/

that does have an 1845 on the label like all of them, vs. this

https://www.cigarbid.com...clasico-cigars/4172906/

(disregard the toro aspect) that is a different blend I believe. The 1845 also comes in Extra Oscuro and Fuerte

I have the same problem with cigar-bid. My order was supposed to be for (4) 5 packs of Gurka Widow MaKers but they shipped/substituted Black Pearl Torpedos. I would never buy those cigars. 6 emails over the last week and 2 mails from the site to customer service produced no results...not even an acknowledgement they received the emails. What's wrong with cigar-bid? Are they too swamped with complaints, totally incompetent or is it just that they don't give a rat's ass about their customers?ram27bat

What's up with all these people b*tching about getting equally sh*tty cigars for their actual ordered sh*tty cigars.

PEOPLE, STOP SMOKING SH*TTY CIGARS.

Ok, that's all I gotta say about that.

Oh look, it's the cigar snobs. Those whose taste is all in their heads. You sound like a Swisher Sweets fan. But that's not the issue. I want what I ordered...Period!

Not awful, agreed. But not what I bought. If I wanted Black Pearls, I would have bought them, but didn't. To add insult to injury, they shipped Black Pearl Torpedoes. YUCK! No substitutions without prior express authorization!

Shipping error. It happens. Give CS a try. They've been harder to reach reportedly, but I've never had an issue getting answers/corrections.

I told you what the problem is... you just don't want to hear it.

You buy sh*tty cigars... then they assume you won't care if the do a sh*tty cigar exchange (and you shouldn't... because with your palate you might as well be eating chalk).

So they just reach around in to the sh*tty cigar bucket and send you arbitrary sh*tty cigars.

Don't blame me for policy... you guys usually don't b*tch so much.

You should probably unclench your a$$hole so you can breath more freely. First sign of oxygen deprivation loss of ability to think clearly. On the other hand, it might be genetic. Check your ancestry against the 'Morons/Imbeciles/Idiots Genetic Registry'.

Just the thought of smoking the cigars you mentioned makes my a$$hole clench...

Had to go smoke an LFD to shake the thought of smoking something as bad as you buy.

I never knew there was a such a registry as you mentioned... is that how you found your family?

I bet you were adopted...

Obviously, a sufferer of AHCS. I'll leave you now to deal with your disability.

I don't know what AHCS is, but I do know you're about the 5th person this week to diagnose me with something on these boards.

Can you tell me if sh*tty cigars will solve my problem? Is that how you fixed your problem?

Medical science has not progressed to the expertise where curing AssHoleClinchingSyndrome is possible. Many people just talk through their asses but some insist on inserting cigars, clenching hard and inhaling. Perhaps Biden will start a support group for AHCS.

I've sent 7 emails plus 2 messages from this site to customer service. At this point, it would be hard to convince me that Cigar Bid actually has a customer service dept...though they're not shy about bragging on how great it is.

Yeah... I think we should keep him.

Try calling the number and staying on hold for an hour. If and when you get through, they will fix the issue. You just have to wait it out. They don't read the forums and it's obvious they don't read their messages. Ya gotta call.

Yeah... this one's not so bad, not sure how you can talk out your azz with a clenched sphincter though...

I'll have to drink about that one.

A few different things.
Covid and Ukraine.

Next is they look at the boards to see what is going on. Maybe they see your endless outrage and they keep moving your request to the bottom of the pile. The whole More bees with honey than vinegar thing.

It's a different approach worth considering.
