Lots of great suggestions already.

I don’t use Pam no stick spray ever but I do keep a can out by my grill. After the grill cools off or the next day when you walk by. Just blast the grates shut the door and they will stay pretty well rust free. I like the convenience of the can. I leave it out there.

Frank, I just got a new smoker.
Tell me when you're coming up to Cape Cod and I'll fix you something good.
No rust.

I thought he meant me. 😁

Waiting to taste some of the medium strength wing sauce.

Hope all is well other Frank!

he probably did mean you cuz I don't go up to the Cape, I (forgive me) go down to the Cape.
Still planning on getting together even if it's against his will.

Nothing to forgive. Just busting chops.
Although I would like an invite if you Massholers get together.
Although I will be spending most of the summer in Myrtle Beach.
Last year I had to leave early to avoid TG’s trip to MB🤣🤣🤣

Like 3 ships passing in the night.

My post was aimed at streetrod, but as soon as I posted it I knew the Franks would be fighting over me.

I remember a trip to Cape Cod when I was a kid. We camped and went fishing.

Is this thread still alive???

Follow my advice early on in this thread...

Do not use steel wool

Do not buy NEW STORE PURCHASED BURNERS

GO OUT ON TRASH DAY OR SPRING CLEANING TRASH WEEK AND PULL ALL THE BURNERS FROM ANY GRILL YOU FIND

OR

GO TO A METAL RECYCLING YARD AND LOOK FOR OLC GRILLS THERE, yank the burners and pay $ .35 cents a pound...

Prollum solved
