Judges ruling autopsy reports are forever sealed based on a request from the family.
Is that something any American family can have done, or do you have to be part of the elite, rich, and or famous?

Was Saget in an all pleather catsuit with a ball gag in his mouth?
Was Earnhardt wearing a rainbow ascot on his final lap at Daytona?
What’s the story here?

I think it may help control narratives of documentaries or movies as there’s less to speculate on so maybe they’d rather not broach that part of the story?

I dunno…

Well Z....

It's ALWAYS something that certain people do not want publicly "KNOWN".

IT CAN BE REALLY EMBARRASSING?

IT CAN SHED A BAD LIGHT ON THEM AND THE FAMILY...

IT CAN LEAD TO A CONSPIRACY (WHICH IS 5 TIMES OUT OF TEN) ALWAYS THE CASE...AND THEY DO N.O.T. WANT AN INVESTIGATION...AT ALL COSTS...

IT CAN BE A.L.L. FOUR OF THOSE THINGS...
IN MY EXPERIENCES....

ITS USUALLY ALL FOUR...

ALWAYS.

Like I said in previous posts ...

That Saget dude was NO SAINT...

IN FACT, HE PISSED OFF MANY POWERFUL PEOPLE...
RICH PEOPLE...he alleDgEdly attended many wild Hollywood parties with married women's and prostitutes... alleDgEdly...

He had a wild period in his life...he pissed off the wrong people...

They served up revenge...
"cold like"...
The best way... alleDgEdly

And that message was received LOUD AND CLEAR by his family, in no uncertain terms... alleDgEdly

Honestly, should anyone's be public record unless it's part of a criminal investigation? It probably is, but should it be?

yah.
It's the kind of news that try as I might to avoid seems to find me no matter where I hide.

I just always assume they all die in the saddle. just someone else's saddle.

FWIW, I’m not convinced the public has the need to know the specifics behind a person’s death. In the cases involving legal proceedings cause, but not necessarily particulars should be made public as it pertains to an official investigation. Otherwise, why out a guy who may have may have been found with a 220 VAC 12” vibrator found stuffed up his caboose still buzzing after him passing over the rainbow a week prior.

It's a balancing test on a case by case basis: the public's right to know details (which will be expolited) vs. degree of harm to family. Happens more often than not with public figures.

Thanks, Robert. The odd thing is, if there wasn't so much manufactured intrigue, they would have simply announced what they thought happened a day or two after they found him and it all would have been over in a week.

Instead, they created a situation where people are wondering if he died with a 220 HVAV vibrator in his arse.
