I ordered three lots of cigars. One lot is dry. What is procedure for returns?

Call your cust service number. Wait on hold for a while. Explain the issue and follow direction from there

I'd try humidifying them if it were me though

But it would depend on how dry that one lot is. If there are noticeable cracks in the wrappers, probably much too late. Not talking

The procedure for returns is light one of them dry bad boys up and puff on it while you call customer service so you can tell them how bad it is while you smoke it.

Uh... hi, Mrs. CBid Lady, this Gurkha has notes of floor sweepings, chalk dust and a hint of stale beetle dropping, can I return this 3er I have to you for a fresh 5er of fresh beetle droppings?
