Franking sawdust/wood dust listed as a Group 1 carcinogen.

What's wrong with seeded rye bread? Love me some caraway seeds (but they are probably carcinogenic)

With that said the best rye bread of the family is defiantly pumpernickel, hands down.

had I given it even 1 more minute of thought, I wouldn't have had to go to the ER.
Spilling seed is one thing, extracting seeds is quite another.
