Hhojo you seem like a good egg, so I’ll let you in on a little secret. Dave is the owner of CBid and he loves taking care of us long time forum members when we occasionally run into issues. He loves keeping touch with the guys who keep the lights on if ya know what I mean.

“Need” as in you’re low and you don’t have any or are close to running out of your favorite Gurhka?

Or “need” as in your OCD is kicking in and your glass top humidor is looking unorganized and you have to fill up the empty spaces?

Nonetheless, the norm has been to call CS and wait for, probably, a l-o-n-g time. Hasn’t been unusual for people to be on hold for upwards of 2 hours. Maybe your wait time will be less. You can only hope.
