How can a company send a box of sticks 65 miles East of their location? The shipper lost my Cigars and have no clue of the location. Why or how can you send something from Bethlehem Pa to almost New York when I live in SE Pennsylvania? I ordered these over 12 days ago, just for kicks I ordered another box Monday, they will be here tomorrow. I don't get it. Forget calling CIGARBID, they won't answer the phone.

And I was just going to post about how great Cigarbid is for sending me a free shipment of smokes I didn’t order. What exactly did you order?

They don't love you. I know it's hard to hear, but it's true.

Every time I call in, I get through within 10 minutes and get fantastic service. Seriously. How long are you really waiting on hold?

Since you’re buying approved cigars and you seem like a good egg Katwell I’ll let you in a little secret. The owner of CBid is named Dave and he loves taking care of the long time forum members when we occasionally run into small issues. He’s really a man of the people.

Call (214) 914-3337 from 9-4 central time and ask for Dave. Tell Dave you’re friends with jaderose from CBID and then let him know about your issue. He’ll get you squared away in no time.

Welcome aboard!

That was pretty stupid to give me David Kwelburg's number knowing he has a background.

You are about as smart as him.

Is this really a CBid issue? Indirectly yes, but the root of it is the shipper but I’m sure you know that.

Ultimately though, CBid chose the shipper so bringing it up to their attention is a good idea. It’s been said many times but your best method of communication is via phone but you’ll possibly have to wait for close to an hour before someone picks up your call. If you don’t have the time then don’t call and expect instant gratification.

PM CelticBomber he can help you out . He helps out with the customer service on the forum. They really should mention that on there web site . Just make sure to give him your order number and problem. He should be able to take care of the problem.

As a last resort, call 888-388-2683. They may be able to help you if Celtic can't.

CBid always answers the phone. I call monthly. My waiting times have been anywhere from 1 min to 55 min. Just have to put your speaker on and wait. Burn a stick and watch some TV while waiting. It won't seem so bad

Problem is there isn't a shipper that doesn't suck, using two shippers for one order just componds the problem. One none cigar place I order from regularly is about 120 miles from my house. If they would just ship either ups or usps I'd get my orders in two days, instead of the normal 5 or 6.
