Anyone else having issues getting through to customer service? I've tried numerous times to call AND email and no answers whatsoever! Just about ready to cancel my account.

They never look at E mail, but they sometimes answer the phone.

Can't take on single picture to fit it all in. But I'm not sure you can send someone a billboard.

Customer Service has not been the same since the start of the pandemic. Calling has seemed to be the best way to get to someone but you’re gonna hafta stay on the line for upwards of an hour. But, when you do (…finally…) get to talk to someone, 98.2% of the time they’ll be able to resolve your issue quickly.

If patience is not part of your DNA then PM CelticBomber. During the height of the pandemic and issues with orders, he volunteered to become the CBid Customer Service Liaison Manager. There are unconfirmed rumors that it eventually turned into a rather high paying job but he’s denied that on numerous occasions when he’s not taking his zombie nap.
