Cigar Bid sales tax

Anyone else notice Cigar Bid charges 11.5% sales tax on orders?
My local tax is 9.75% and PA is 6%.

There's possibly a local/city sales tax added to the state tax.

There's almost definitely an excise tax for tobacco products added to your state sales tax. Rules changed a couple years back to where tax was applied based on shipping destination
