Just checking to see if people have had extended waits on hold when calling customer service?
Sent emails with no replies. Have order from cigar bid for the past several years without issue.
This time a box shows up without any cigars and customer service is MIA.
Please let me know if anyone has had this experience.
Thanks

This complaint is common. You just have to wait on hold for a long time. Eventually, someone will answer and help you out.

Probably quicker and less frustrating would be to send a pm to clintCigar because he's the customer service rep on the forum. I say "probably" because Clint is really busy due to the wait times on the phone. I suggest sending him a pm, waiting a couple of hours, send another, wait, send. He told me that he's basically dealing with the stuff at the top of the pile. In other words, the squeaky wheel gets greased.

Good luck.

Don't bather with emails as they never reply. I second the suggestion to PM Clint. If you don't get a reply try PMing Celtic Bomber - he will reply.

Never had that particular issue with cigars but did have back-to-back Amazon orders show up with empty padded envelopes. Luckily Amazon CS is a LOT easier to contact than CBid.

I was on hold once for 5 mins before Shana realized I WAS ON HOLD.

She profusely apologized, fixed my issue and then of course solicited me for nude pics.

Shana helped me out on an order that never shipped, but made me wait a while. She fixed it. I sent unsolicited pics. Figured it was protocol.

Sat on hold today for 45 minutes. Since I work for a living, I finally hung up. Called back later. Was on hold longer. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. Plan to cancel my account and find another cigar dealer who has better service. I spend WAY too much money with CigarBid to be treated like crap!

Celtic helped me out when I first got here myself. He even included a few extras when he sent. Highly recommend. As lee said. If you can’t reach Celtic. Hit Clint. One of the two will get you straight

Yes, PM CelticBomber... but don't make yourself out to sound like some high roller type like Freddy Mack did above.

CelticBomber likes to be buttered up a little... make him feel pretty... He'll take care of you.

Proud if you Celtic - you send out more email response than the rest of the customer relations people do.

You can enhance your experience if you hand him a bag of Pop Rocks.

CelticBomber you do a really good job. Thanks for taking care of our problems. Your letter can be a pain to fill out . It would be nice if you would make it easier.
