I've been trying for days to get a hold of customer service, I've filled and sent their service form, and sat on the phone for an hour or more, and nothing. What happened to Cigarbid? This is the worst I've seen and I've been a customer for years.

Pm CelticBomber he can help you out. Thats who contacted me after I got here and complained after being on the phone for 2 hrs one day. He PMed me and ask what was the problem and he got it cleared right up.

is the customer service for Cigars International the same as CigarBid??
Since they are owned by Cigars International

I’ve had same issue. Can’t get ahold of anyone though customer service and have an order I placed 6/18 that still hasn’t shipped. Filled out form twice and been on hold for hours. Can’t get through to anyone.

My guess is they are understaffed and over worked. Perhaps it's time for the rich owners to hire a few more people and investigate why there are so any mistakes.

If they don't have time to answer email or pick up the phone, do you really think they have time to read this forum ?

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME . ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSING FOR DAYS . I ORDER ALL THE TIME FROM THEM. NO ANSWER ANYWHERE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
