I have recently won 5 different auctions and after I'm told that I won, nothing else happens. My money never gets taken, I receive no shipping confirmation. I never get any cigars. WHAT IS GOING ON?????

First of all, how long ago did you win? If any are more than a week, then you probably have a legitimate issue and should reference one of the plethora of cust service threads currently going

If less than a week, there's probably a day coming soon where all of your lots will be bundled together in a box and shipped to you. You will be billed at that time

Try this:

Go to My Account
Click on Shipping Frequency
Scroll to Shipping Preference
Check on the day that it's set on. If it's not set on "Daily", then your winning auctions will be processed on the day that's selected.

Thanks for the replies. The 1st auction was on June 25th. Then July 12th. My latest 3 that I won were this past weekend. The first 2 showed up as pending on my card, then they were gone. I had confirmation numbers and everything on the first 2 auctions. The 3 I won this weekend I'm still waiting to see.

Sometimes CBid will auction lots that it doesn't actually have. I've only had it happen twice though. The first time, I called and immediately got through to Shana, who said the cigars were backordered but would be on their way asap. They shipped the gars that day or the next. I called on the Platinum Hotline, so if you're not doing that, good luck.

The second time they sent all of my order except for one lot, and the order in my account said "pending" or something like that. The cigars were backordered, and eventually they just cancelled the order. They had never charged my card for them though.

There's probably something in the fine print somewhere that says they can do that.

Don't know if that's your problem or not. I'm a bit skeptical because you seem to have several orders out, and that seems like a lot for backordering.

So I probably just explained all of that for nothing, but I'm not deleting it. I need the post count.

I won 2 lots on July 4 an have not received them, over an hour on hold waiting to ask questions, no one picked up. Emails have not been answered. Status says processing

I have unprocessed bids since July 10th . They have charred my account and I can’t reach anyone on phone or emails.

I have closed 4 winning bids since July 5th. All have been processed and received on my end within a week of the bids closing - Must be the "High-Dollar meta" l membership. Like American Express always says - Membership has its privileges.

Today I got shipping confirmation with tracking number for the 3 auctions I won this past weekend. But still no answers about the auction from June, that Still says processing, or the auction from July 12th, which also still says processing. Noone answers the phone and no email response!!!!!
