My problem is my last order... I won 3 five packs... was billed for 3 five pack... but only received 1 five pack.. normally not a issue..we work thru it an it get resolved.. here's the rub.. im retiring n moving to KY (yes .. on purpose).. I can only receive at current address thru this Fri n cannot receive at new address until after Aug 2nd... so unfortunately I need this resolved asap... have sent daily emails with no response an have waited daily on hold for over an hr each day...

Yeah. I'm done with these clowns after this order. Cigar International owns them right? Never had an issue with CI but CB never answers the phone, no responses to email etc. Terrible

If an order doesn't show up, or there's some other bull****, I just dispute the charge. They NEVER answer messages through the site and if deciding to call, likely won't get through and will hang up after an hour of waiting. Overall, I'd rather pay a little more than put up with this crap...not to mention the bidding bull****. Not worth my time.
