Does anyone know how to contact customer service?
I've attempted to contact them over five times, and I get no response.
Neither the mail, nor the phone number gets me anywhere.
My order has been hanging for a week now without being processed.

They are having transition pains and are working through it. Phone is the best option, though hold time is extensive

You’ve been here 13 years and finally get around to posting?

Go to your room. You’re grounded. …And clean your room and put away your laundry.

I'm having the same issue. My order was supposed to ship Aug 18 (2 wks ago) and it still says "Processing". Credit card has been charged.
I called 2 or 3 times over a few different days and it says, "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are currently closed"
Tried the Contact Us form a couple times over the last couple of weeks and -- no response.
Doesn't really do anything for my confidence in their business. Are they going under???

888-388-2683 is the Billy Graham prayer hotline.
Looks like CBID customer service is non-existent at this time.

Pm CelticBomber he is helping them out with issues. He is the one that helped me when my order was still processing for a week.

I did call that number and, yes, it is the Billy Graham prayer hotline. Talked to a very nice southern woman there...
I guess it helped because I got through to cbid today and they figured out the problem. As someone mentioned, they are doing a transition in the warehouse from one system to another. Part of my order was going to the old system, part to the new.
Darlene was very nice and fixed it for me.
New cigar haul coming soon!!!

Well, well, well!!!

So, it looks like, a call to the Billy Graham prayer hotline, BEFORE contacting cbid CS, is the way to go!
Well done Kimo! Applause
