I was shorted 10 cigars from my last weeks order and have yet to hear anything from the customer service after 4 emails? Wondering if anyone else had a similar experience?

Look at your recent orders and see if this order still says "processing." If it does, those missing cigars are probably on backorder, and they'll send them to you when they get them. If it just has a date beside the order and doesn't say "processing," they forgot your cigars.

Customer service doesn't usually pay much attention to emails. If the prior advice doesn't show a problem, you have to call and patiently wait for an answer.

Wait a minute, 14+ years and this is your second post. Now you need help - good luck.

What cigars? Given the selection they may be doing you a favor.

If you have the time, follow Tony's advice. If not, go with Palama's
