Has anyone else experienced Cigar shipments lost in USPS system. ie cigar purgatory, I can just feel them drying out on a daily basis. My winning bids usually get to me in 2-3 days. Cant get hold of customer service either. Any suggestions?

Have you talked to the post office? There have been some erratic paths taken by some deliveries in the past, but you're looking at a carrier problem currently.

Hey All, yes I did all those things, finally got hold of a living person. Shana, she was great! Got my replacements already. Sad for the poor sticks that remain tumbling round, drying out in purgatory. Ok back to reading your interesting posts

I used to smoke Backwoods on the loading dock and I wasn't a temp.
