How do I get someone to respond to me? I’ve submitted 2 support tickets and been on hold for a hour about an order in process. My credit card was charged 10 days ago and my shipping date of Tuesday has been missed twice. I’ve been ordering from cigarbid for a long time with no problems. Is any one else having issues?

In my 62 years on the planet, their customer service is by far the worst of any I have encountered regardless of industry, product, service, etc. In fact, calling it the worst is far too kind as its at least 1000x that of the next on my list of hideous customer service.

Support tickets are ineffective currently
