#1 For those who spend at least $1,000 annually, there should be a priority customer support contact page through the site with a 24 hour guaranteed response time.

#2 The ability to request shipping by UPS ONLY for a higher fee to avoid issues with the USPS.

I know I spent well over $1,000 a year for at least the first 3 years I was here. That spending got me my lifetime platinum membership for free. That was a really nice perk! Unfortunately (…or fortunately, depending on how you look at it…), I haven’t bought anything in over two years so haven’t benefited from the free 2nd day air shipping that comes with the membership…but hey, it still does have it’s privileges!

There's two levels of Platinum Membership. The base membership and the enhanced for those who aren't aware. To qualify for the enhanced, you must buy at least $750 of CAO and Diesel cigars annually.

Prefer Summer Rolls (…sometimes called Shrimp Rolls…) instead. Much healthier since they’re not fried.

They don’t have Autumn or Winter in Vietnam so I guess they only created rolls for the two seasons they do have.

we call them human flesh rolls, but only if we're sure no one can hear us.
We like them. We eat them.

Only CAO and Deisel? Damn! I know I’ve spent roughly $50000 on some Gurkha’s, then again that was MSRP and only cost me $68 because I was fortunate enough to catch one of their rare sales. Herfing
