So... I placed an order on 9/7/22. The order still says processing, but thankfully the charge disappeared from my credit card. I called customer service multiple times, even waited on hold for over an hour, and never got anyone to answer.
However, I still want those cigars, so I went and bid/placed an order for the cigars again. This order was confirmed yesterday (9/26/22), but still says Processing. I know it is still early, but I am starting to think it's going to happen again. I am actually currently on hold with CS.
All of this is to say... what is going on here? I still want the cigars, but now I seem to have 2 orders that will be stuck in limbo. I don't want both to just suddenly process, but I would probably accept that rather than being ignored and stuck on "processing" indefinitely. What should I do?
