Hello everyone,

My name is Jerry and I have been doing business with this cigarbid for years. I have recently had my first issue and Christy was the representative that assisted me. Christy was amazing. She listen to my concerns, researched the issue and even called me back within 24 hours with a resolution. Christy went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with customer service. I had to share this news. Amazing company.
