Holy sheit, that is FUN!!

Pedal assist settings are 0-5. 0 is no assist. 1 is for pusses, 2 is for wusses, 3 is pretty good, 4 is fun as fugg and 5 is OH DAMN! In 7th gear with the pedal assist at 5... 28 mph.

Good golly miss molly.

I like this one.

I'm already an organ donor. I see a lot of folks here in FL riding motorcycles with no helmet. Crazy... but it is their choice and I respect their freedom to choose.

My daughter appreciates your future donation but try not to damage the product or your parts will wind up in a science lab.

For sure... but the good news is, pedaling still gets the heart rate up so the steps may go down a smidge, but the heart rate zone will improve.

Still gotta walk the dog. He will not run alongside a bike. Hell, he won't run with me. He doesn't like running on leash.

I bought a helmet along with an air pump with a gauge to ensure the tires are inflated to 30psi.

Keeping tire pressure up avoids flats.

Poor/sloppy outing, poor Defense.. USA was handed 2 gifts for scoring opps, 1v1, and blew it.

3 Dutch goals were wide open. shots. Cant play that way in World Cup

Goergia is making LSU look like high school football players. They are up 27 points with 8 minutes left and should pull all their starters. I hope Michigan does the same to Purdue tonight so that Georgia and Michigan have a better chance to play against each other in the final.

After a thorough examination, I found a square inch of the field where they weren’t outplayed.
I’m considering that a victory…

Good Sunday Morning! It's 53° on the way to 64° today. Up early helping Grandchildren put on a baby shower for her best friend at our community clubhouse. I came home to get my leaf blower to clear the deck around the clubhouse but decided it was a bit early to run it and it's a good excuse to stay at the house for a while.

Huh... might have to check WalMart, Costco and Sam's to see what Prime rib prices are. Shoot, at $10 a pound I may need to buy and freeze a few.

Bought a boneless 5 pound hunk of prime rib for $11/lb at Wally World. Prime cut with nice marbling. I'll cook it up tomorrow with baked taters and stuff.

If I had room in the freezer I'd buy another one.

Wanted to get the snow tires mounted and balanced on my son's car but all tire places in town are closed on Sunday (sigh). One of the downsides of living in my small town is most everything is closed on Sunday but I still rather live in a small town vs a big city.

I don't know why you say goodbye, [Robert] say hello...

You say, "Stop" and I say, "Go, go, go"

I say, "High", you say, "Low"
You say, "Why?" And I say, "I don't know"
Oh no

Pretty bad rendition before there was karaoke

Celebrated my birthday on Saturday with my wife's friend whose birthday is tomorrow. I was nursing a hangover. But I did find 2 prime ribs at Costco. Cooked one, froze one in a vacuum sealed bag. Prolly the Christmas fare.

No bike riding. Maybe later today. Use only a little bit of pedal assist and get a workout.

Long day at the shop. A few communication issues left a poor guy walking around a truck stop, walking up to trucks saying. "Are you the guy who is here to pick up a seal?"

Eerily similar to asking someone if they want to go camping or spelunking.

Or asking Pablo if he wants to be friends.

Woke up with a craving for a big stack of buckwheats. After more coffee and the 5 miler that is the plan. The rest of the day is TBD.

Happy Tuesday folks.
