Good Saturday Morning! It's 45° on the way to 54° today.

The power company inspector was actually surprised we were not using much more electricity. No major problems and although most of our bulbs are now LED, there were some outdoor light that they replaced for us.

Take a rest day. I've already got 8k steps today and you're still 8k ahead of me. Slow down, Turbo!

I'll probably get the 12k in, but I dunno about 15 more minutes in the zone (currently 45). I'm cookin' and in a short while a beer will be popped open.

My picks for the weekend...

KC, Philly, Cincy and SF. Hoping the Giants beat Philly so the Niners get the home game if they manage to beat Dallas.

We'll see. Pray

Problem is, I abuse my body with smoke and drink, so I can't take a day off. Need to get 50 miles a week- stretch goal of 55. Am watching the first half of the Chiefs game in a friend's heated, cigar friendly garage. cigars, drink, meats and cheeses. See why I need the steps?

Btw, let's really see how good you are. Mix in the spreads for your picks.

KC favored by 9.5
Philly favored by 8.
Buffalo by 6.
SF by 4.

Whachu got?

He must be askeeered. Or he's working the smoker.
Anyone is invited to guess. Here are mine.

Jax stays within 9
Philly wins by more than 8 (although the Hurts injury has everyone wondering).
Buffalo wins by more than 6.
Dallas stays within 4 (and really could win this game). Will be fun to see how the kicking game goes tomorrow.

New phone is in hand and activated. Was kinda hoping to reach the 10yr mark, but 9 is pretty close. Guy at the store was amazed since he thought they shut down all the servers or whatever for that era

My old SE won't hold a charge any longer. Loses 10-20% when I'm not even using it. Gonna have to get a new one soon.

Been looking at the offerings for next Wednesday at Barrett-Jacxkson. Not sure what my buddy has in mind to bid on yet. About 500 offered each day.

Beautiful but cool day here. Only about 56 this afternoon but a great day for taking the Corvette out for a romp. Done that and now on to the games.

^Recently dropped the old SE for the 13. Meh... whatever.

As for the prognostications... I have never been good at them, which is why I don't gamble. I suck at it. But yes... I was cooking ribs and drinking beer, so... busy with important sheit.

What's the spread on Cincy vs Buffalo? Cincy wins.

Niners minus 4? They win by 12. Probably more. **** dallASS.

Message to Wheelie in heaven... **** dallASS twice. No cheating and asking for a win. Douche.

"Cheating" might be the wrong word... some could classify it as working smarter, not harder.

On an average day for me at the circus I get around 18,000 steps/day but it's just walking around the store so there's no cardio involved.

C’mon now. Had to close the week with 2000 steps with a lung full of cigars and a 1/3rd belly of bourbon. Marched through the third quarter.

Before I rip you for being soffft, I’ll tell you I am well behind my usual pace today.

Did hit my stretch goal of 55 miles for the week, closing last night.

Now getchure ass off da couch and knocked a quick thousand. Another 750 per halftime and you’re halfway home.

Good Sunday Afternoon! I didn't get out of bed until noon today, my back is pissed off, not sure why, but it is.

It's an overcast °47 on the way to °49 today.

MVP performance!

Am rebounding here. 9,000 steps, 95 in the zone. Mostly cardio.

I tried to step quietly. Didn’t want to wake up that retired, prematurely old, Florida sailor. 💤😴💤
