What year did Arturo Fuente start putting the boveda packs in the box?

I was going to ask that question then did a search and found the the link below that says 2001 but I don't believe it. I have boxes I know are newer than 2001 with no boveda pack in them. What's the real story?

are they directly from the home website or internet retailers?
I don't have any idea if that matters but maybe it does?

They did in fact start then, however it was NOT in every line.

I am pretty sure it was just Opus and Hemingway.

It's a mixed bag. Seems like even today some have the humidification pack and some don't. I got a couple aged boxes of 858 from a friend. One box was natural and no pack the other was maduro with the pack. I bought a box of Short Story natural from a local BM store and it had the pack. I bought a box of 858 maduro from a different BM and no humidity pack. A box of Rothschid maduro from online store, no pack. A box of Hemingway signature natural from another online store, no pack. I'm not seeing the pattern.
