After trying the Titan (very good) and the Grand Age (very, very, very good), plus many others (both AWs, the connie, Class R, Doble Mad, Vintage, Nepalese Warrior, Grand Envoy, plus a one or two others I can't recall), I'd still have to say the Legends, especially in perfecto form. Close second is the Grand Age, followed by the Doble Mad. Other than the Vintage, I wouldn't turn any away, though.

BTW, with all of those Gurkhas and the KH line I've bought and smoked, I think it's about time KH adopt me.

For whatever reason, I felt like a purple AW tonight. I must have had 8 different cigars in my hands, but ultimately came back to the AW. Hit the spot. Some times, ya just gotta have the right cigar. Gurkha seems to do that to me more often than other lines.

Got my 5er of Class Regents and smoked my 1st one last night and was a little disappointed. Didn't burn even and the taste was OK~But, hey, I'm a fair guy and I've got 4 more to give a fair chance to! LOL!

...nah just kidding!LOL Although the boer wasn't as bad as some say.

I like the master select maduro, doble mad, centurians, reagent reg and the nep war. I'm not crazy about but will smoke the black puro. I flat out dislike the expedition and grand envoy!

Haven't yet tried any of the newer more exclusive blends like the crest, shaggy, beast, beauty, or the Super fuerte. Have them sleeping as we type though... ;)

No I was just saying that the padron is #5 of mt personal top 5 cigars.

the other 4 are gurkhas.

Which I know some yahoos here will tell me i'm a moron, Cuban this and padron that, blah blah blah. Gurkha hands down makes the best f$%king cigars. Full flavored and smooth baby.

I miss the Signature 101's don't see 'em any longer. They used to be my everydayer. The Ancient Warrior was very tasty haven't seen it for awhile. Only Gurk's in the Humi now are the Symphony which are also tasty but much different than the two above.

Look what the cat drug in :-)

Although I have a crap load of them, it's actually been a while since I smoked a Gurkha. I have a Gurkha Triple Ligero pulled out for this weeks rotation. I really like the Brigade, Centurian, Fuerte (when they behave!), Nepalese Warrior, Royal Brigade, Master's Select, ah hell their all good !

^ strike Platinum, it was Gurkha Symphony. This was on the CI site from the 2004 RTDA:

Most interesting was a gorgeous, numbered, silver-plated mahogany chest with bone inlay featuring 30 cigars - a potpourri of the top Gurkha blends. This one is awesome.

Unfortunately it doesn't say what was in it, guess I'll have to do some humidor diving soon.

The Legend torpedo is very good and the Anniversary torpedo as well. I really liked the boxed press Regent also. The super fuerte is good and strong also. I use to pay retail for all of these before I found this site. I have been able to stock up over the last few months. I can't say that I have ever had a bad Gurkha, but I did smoke an exhibition the other day with a tight draw and it would not smoke.

I know I'm in the minority, but the 5-6 different Gurkhas I've had have all blown.

-Nepalese Warrior
- and about 5 others I don't know the name of because all it says on the band is GURKHA. Same label for a gazillion different smokes. Poor marketing. If I ever came across one I liked that came my way in a trade, I still wouldn't know what it is called, so I'd have no way of purchasing it. Is it too difficult to put the name somewhere on the cigar so I know what the hell I'm smoking?

And I'm not just ripping on the marketing. I wasn't impressed at all with the blends.

This is a first - never saw "Gurkha" and "favorite" used in the same sentence before.

But, all things considered, Titan.
