Seems to me that the Bush-bashing is slowing down. Now that his campaigning is over and he is settling in to his newly fumigated office the media has little to bitch about. This China incident has shown us that Dubya will let his people (read: his experts) do the nitty gritty. There is no need for him to "over manage" like his predecessor. Bush will heed the advice of his highly paid advisors. He will give credit when and where credit is due. And he will accept responsibility for the actions of his chosen few. I don't know about you, but I feel proud once again to be American. With a capital A !!

It would seem that most Americans should be proud of GWB and the Cabinet that he has surrounded himself with to help bring dignity and honor back to the greatest office in the world! But no, we will always have the liberal left and the Babs and Rosie O'Fattald rabble rousers that would not agree with anything that a Republican did for the good of all Americans..........I would suggest that Rosie O'Fattald join with Alex and Babs in their pursuit of another country to live in! Now the talking heads that lean to the left are stammering and bringing up issues that even their supporters don't care about! Yes it is time to be proud of the White House! Charlie

Well, then I'd like to pick up (a bat or the likes...) the bashing again. Backing out of the Kyoto Agrement, IMO, is one lousy and backstabbing thing to do. For one, to Mother Nature/Earth, and next to ones working partners (other nations, f.x. mine, Denmark). - That's right Bush, just keep being one of this worlds most poluting countries in the world. Way to go, pal! An agreement is an agreement, and to run from it like that only shows what an ass you are.

Hansen, I don't know all of the reasons that we backed out, but this agreement was based on half-truths. I am in favor of reduced pollution, but to attack "Global Warming" is a joke. Hell, if the average temperature of the earth never changed over the course of history then we would still be stuck in the Ice Ages. Nature Happens. Things progress. Species become extinct and climates change. All without the help of mankind. So let's all stop Al Gore's Crusade and put some REAL anti-pollution policies into effect.

Hansen,The Kyoto Agreement was never ratified into law by the US Congress.Hence We never agreed to it!!!!!!!
Granted it was singed by Al Gore, but neither he nor Clinton had the power to make such an agreement, that would undermine this nations sovereignty.....Now we are freinds and I'd just as soon keep it that way!!!!
But there is no way in hell we are going to sit still,
while a bunch of U.N.Global Government Nannies try to tell us how to run our country....SORRY PAL NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!As for calling my President an ass,you are entitled to your opinion. But go easy my friend.LOL.
I realize this may be an emotional issue for you.But I assure you this man I call President is in my eyes,if nothing else a Patriot and he(we) won't be pushed around.note:next sentence is somewhat tougne in cheek.
If you still want to bring out your baseball bat,I say go ahead, but be careful my friend or I'll pull out my 357 and turn it in to toothpicks.LOL.Later,Jim

Did you know the toothpick was invented in Arkansas? Otherwise, it would be known as a Teethpick...
