In a small, wide-mouthed jar, about 1½" high and 1½" in diameter, fill about one third with propylene glyocol, one third with pure vanilla extract, and one third with distilled water, leaving enough room to prevent spillage. Place the jar and cigars in an arylic or Tupperware container. Carefully seal with electrician's tape. Handling carefully, put in safe place for about a month.
