I received my box yesterday and I opened it today.
I always open to check the product and I had one.I
must say it was not half bad.Thought it was mild and the taste was pleasing. To age or not to age I would say that's up to you.

I'm very glad too hear that because I've got four boxes coming. I've had their lonsdale and piramids and liked them both very much. Thanks for the report.

As a rule I will open the boxes to check the contents and take one cigar from each box to smoke within days of receiving the shipment. The cellophane was slightly yellowed on the ones I recieved and this leads me to believe that they already have some age on them. I smoked one this evening and I must say I was impressed and very, very pleased. Now understand I happen to be partial to Nicaraguan (sp?) cigars but I would not hesitate to buy many more boxes of these if when and if CB puts the remainder up for bid again. BTW - I do not care for the 5 Vega Vintage selections as they seem to be rolled too tight. The regular ones seem be be rolled just right!!! So far they represent the best value for the money the I have come across on Cigar bid. I rate this cigar an 88.

The 5Vegas I received are about 2 1/2 years old. I purchased two boxes and they have production dates on the bottom. Haven't smoke one yet, but they should be prime given the date. September 1997

Bought a box too. Like always I try one from the box and age the rest. Not a bad little smoke. The burn was uneven and the ash split but overall I won't complain because once again price offset this quite a bit.

My Smoke also Burned a little un even and had to relight a few times.. Didnt keep an ash to well either
other then that and a few months of growth in the "Dor"

Just got my shipment, also four boxes. They look pretty good and the date on the bottom say Sept. 1997 so they do have a little time. Clipped a couple to see how they draw and they were perfect. Now for the real test so I'm off to the pattio. Keeping my fingers crossed.

These are a good little Nicaraguan smoke, kind of like a milder La Finca.
