Yes, I'm going to over analyse the Superbowl. Get used to it. I know Brady won the MVP, but as some have stated on this board, he may not deserve it as much as the whole defense. I think he received it for three reasons: 1. He's the youngest QB to ever win it, and he did so with zero mistakes. 2. that final drive to win the game, despites Maddens plea to kneel on it and 3. there was no other obvious individual choice. It is point number three that get me. Here is a team that "elected to be introduced as a team". They have no huge superstars, and gave up a lot of yards all season. But they played as a TEAM and tightened the reigns when the opposition got close to scoring. They have the best defense in the NFL in the Redzone. The entire defense should have been awarded the MVP. Unprecedented, yes, but so was their introduction. Perhaps it was because Disney couldn't afford to fly that many down to the park for the parade...

I have not been a big Belichek fan and now it is time to say, that was one of the best orchestrated ball games I have ever watched! The Patriots had the game plan down and stuck to it and Coach Belinchek outcoached the pompous ass on the other sideline all day! He had them introduced as a team, and they played as a team! The keys to the game were in the Coaches pocket all day and that has to be one of the greatest coaching efforts of all time in any sport! Charlie

I think that like the introduction itself, the MVP should have gone to "THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS". The Rams are still a GREAT team, they were just undercoached. And overconfident, like all of us Rams fans were. What a wakeup call.
