Yes, I'm going to over analyse the Superbowl. Get used to it. I know Brady won the MVP, but as some have stated on this board, he may not deserve it as much as the whole defense. I think he received it for three reasons: 1. He's the youngest QB to ever win it, and he did so with zero mistakes. 2. that final drive to win the game, despites Maddens plea to kneel on it and 3. there was no other obvious individual choice. It is point number three that get me. Here is a team that "elected to be introduced as a team". They have no huge superstars, and gave up a lot of yards all season. But they played as a TEAM and tightened the reigns when the opposition got close to scoring. They have the best defense in the NFL in the Redzone. The entire defense should have been awarded the MVP. Unprecedented, yes, but so was their introduction. Perhaps it was because Disney couldn't afford to fly that many down to the park for the parade...
