America has deep rooted factions which display a form of sexism. They believe a woman can not commit murder. Take the Texas Mom child killer. She drowned her 5 kids. But it wasn't her. It was PMS. It was post partum depression. It was a combination of the two. It's the doctors fault. And now it's her husbands fault. Because he didn't do anything to prevent it. Hmmmm. What if the husband were abusive for years to both wife and kids, then he shot the kids one day. Would ANYONE blame the wife for not taking better precautions? Sexism. Pure and simple.

It was her, no doubt. But, the woman had a long history of mental illness. In the months before she committed murder, she and her doctor decided to take her off medication. She should just 'think positive'. Her husband went to the doctor I believe 2 weeks before asking for a change in the 'treatment' and was denied. People must be responsible for their actions including treating their own illnesses. When do we as a society take away their personal freedoms and force treatment upon them? That's a tough one.

lets think for a second... if dad smacks mom thats domestic violence. if dad smacks kids thats child abuse. if mom kills dad she says she protecting the family she has a legal defense. now what if mom nags the livin' sh*t out of dad, day in & day out and dad is so fed up with the nagging he offs mom, there peobably isn't a legal defense for that. now that is sexist.

Guys, I'm not saying that daddy-o is innocent. It's just inconsistent. True, he let a whacko have her 5th kid. But turn the table here. If mom witnessed dad beat the kids every time he got drunk, then one day he up and choked them all to death, would America blame the woman? Sexism. Discrimination agains men. It's scary because it's getting more common, and the courts are upholding it.
