Birthday Humidor!

My wife had a humidor made for my birthday. The graphic includes the brands used by my family since the late 1800s. I think it looks great! Thanks Honey!!

I knew it....

When the builder first posted some early in progress construction pictures of that humidor elsewhere, I thought, "This is a gorgeous humidor - the wormy American chestnut sides and Walnut (?) top just look fantastic together."

Then he posted photos of it with the laser engraving on the lid a few weeks ago.

Then last week, he posted a photo of the inside of the humidor with the trays and the laser engraving inside the lid and my first thought was, "That's Kipp's avatar on another forum... holy crap, I wonder if this is his humidor?" (the line art in the center of the brands hadn't clicked yet for me, it took the silhouette on the inside of the lid to do it)

This humidor is truly gorgeous, the photo here does not do it justice.

It doesn't do it justice.........thats why I'm submitting another pic. The builder was supposed to get it mailed today, but with Columbus day he was unable........This pic is actually before the final waxing and oil..........look for that pic.
