AF Gran Reserve (Black Ribbon on foot) Seems like it was 8 inches long from csiegels- not a big fan of Dominican Tobacco - But this was an Outstanding cigar all the way to the nub.
Smoked it playing Texas Holdem W/the guys from cbid (you should join us on Wed a great bunch of guys and lots of fun) .
That cigar was So Smooth and very tasty - Thanks Craig

I have enjoyed 2 great cigars over the last 2 days that I got in my first and only noob trade to date. All thanks to Ray aka FGM aka The Thonginator.

Yesterday it was a La Aurora.
Today was a CAO Black.
Both were exceptional smokes.

My mind is still blown by the gems he sent in my package.

Thanks again, Ray!

I smoked NUMEROUS great cigars over the course of nearly 6 months in Baghdad thanks to Jules! Near the beginning of my deployment she sent me a nice "care package" that kept me occupied during my downtime. A LOT of great cigars were smoked by myself and fellow AF members. Opus X, Oliva V, LFD just to name a few...I even got a new addiction in the LFD DL line...been through two boxes since then. Thanks Jules, I am back home in Germany now and preping for the holidays, but I have NOT forgotten!! Moose Manor will one day pay for the devastation you did to me. It won't be tomorrow, or next week....but it will come. Sure the "Box Store" addy is no good, and you say your addy has changed, but I know a few bus drivers here, and when I need them... I will call them.

Thanks again!

Hope everyone here is doing well...wish I were here more, but work, family, etc just doesn't allow the time.

Happy Holidays!

ME!

Most cigars I buy end up being traded/gifted away and the ones I purchase with the intent of smoking typically sit forgotten. Tonight I pulled out one of my OR LGC Reserva Figurados Maduro. 2004 for those not in the know.

I was just trying to figure out what to take on a walk though the woods with the wife and dog, thought I would check the boards to see if anything made the decision easier...... This settles it. Thanks Greg.

I'm starting the New Year off with a LFD Double Ligero. This one of the many great sticks that I aquired thru my noob trade with FGM. I am really enjoying this smoke but you better buckle up for this one. Not for the faint of heart. But a fine, fine smoke indeed. Thanks again, Ray.
