I have enjoyed 2 great cigars over the last 2 days that I got in my first and only noob trade to date. All thanks to Ray aka FGM aka The Thonginator.

Yesterday it was a La Aurora.
Today was a CAO Black.
Both were exceptional smokes.

My mind is still blown by the gems he sent in my package.

Thanks again, Ray!

A REALLY belated us welcome!

hombre sent me a DPG JJ, which I smoked while walking in the park, not ideal conditions for smoking a good one. Had to leave the house as my wife was hosting a bridal shower for future daughter-in-law. Very impressed with the cigar. Burned true despite windy conditions and was very tasty.

You've got an open door here. We love company. We bought a 6 bedroom, but we didn't have a family, so plenty of room and privacy. A nice, private place to stay. 1.5 hours to NYC, 1.5 hous to Boston. Virtually no time to spas, hikes etc. Our one rule that is enforced mercilessly is "do whatever you want. "
Watch tv upstairs --good. Decide to take a nap -- no questions asked. I've bagged out of a ton of dinners invoking this rule. Long story short, if you want to use our place to explore boston or NYC, go for it. We'll light up at night....

Smoked a terrific Gurkha G3 last night from the chimp above me... Amazing cigar and an amazing act of generosity in helping this noob get his hands on some well-aged cigars...

For the record, he just offered to send me "a couple" of well-aged Punch cigars... but 3 isn't "a couple"... and he neglected to mention the couple of G3's, the couple of Shaggy's, and the Oliva Classic that came along for the ride...

Thanks again Knokmdwn... greatly, greatly appreciated...

I had an aged SW reserva from BJ(nnightmar) that was excellent. That Tat twang really hits the spot sometimes.

And then a FFOX ForbiddenX 13 Nacimiento from Greg(desolbones) that was amazingly flavorful and strong/slow burning for such a small stick. Never tasted so much raisin in a cigar before.
