Figured I'd resurrect this old thread... I smoked a great Sancho Panza with 8-10 years of age on it thanks to cwilhelmi... I've been sitting on it for a couple months waiting for the perfect time to smoke it, and that turned out to be right now... enjoying it greatly.... thanks again cwilhelmi...

Special belated thanks to my noob shadowcam.

We did a noob/vet trade back in April of last year. He sent a great selection which included a Partagas Serie D5 from 2008. The cigar had that great Partagas flavor but I was surprised by the amount of strength in such a small vitola. Smoked on 12/27. Thanks again Eddie!

The Johnny-O Butifarra, Dude! I'm not a wordey person but I'll try to do it justice.

Construction was flawless. Velvety feel to the wrapper with only 1 small vein. Prelight smell had a slight barnyard smell but not too bad. The cap snipped off clean. True clean burn with a dark charcoal colored ash which held tight. The flavor and strength reminded me of a Fuente Work of Art, in fact if I didn't know what it was I would have sworn that was what I was smoking.

You gotta remember this one had some age on it so I don't know if the newer ones would be the same but if the price was right it would be worth it to hide some back for a while.

Sounds very nice....haven't tried any of the Johnny 0's to date. note to self!!
