They just brought it back recently.I'm not a huge fan of the cut but the baccy is quite rich and delicious.

509 1q which bit me!
510 bca

On a side note do certain blends tend to smoke better in certain pipes?
I have a patriot cob that I haven't had any luck with, can't keep a single thing lit to save my life it's a little tapered from top to bottom, however my Great Dane and country gentlemen do great with the same blends
I have a smaller kaywoodie meerschaum relief that has bit me with every blend and just seems exceptionally "hot" while smoking

Yes.....however it seems most cobs smoke about anything great yet va/vapers/vaburs seem to really shine in them.

I'm not a fan of the Patriot or the Spool bowl.I didn't have trouble keeping the baccy lit.....they burned hotter than a $3 pistol on a Texas afternoon in August.

+1 to what ron said. U can try drying ur baccy little longer for that particular pipe or save that pipe for ur potpourri blends from ur leftovers.

I've got to add this to my next order........along with Solani Aged Burley Flake and Silver Flake.

I saw the other day you smoking some 2015.......what's your assessment?Have you tried the 2010?I have a quarter pound of each incoming, mainly because I've found McClellands va's to be superior tobacco.

i like the 2015, enough to pick up 8 oz. it could use a little more perique but has a nice citrus twang. never had the 2010 but i believe it is the 2015 without the perique. mc c has some of the best in non cured vas. been liking the flue cured vapers and bur vapers.

i am going to order some of the solani aged and silver, when it comes back in stock. i know there is some other shops with it available but i been having a nice experience with a certain vendor.
