I lived there from '96 until '04. Where is it located?

It's new. Grand opening was August 1st with a few weeks beforehand of growing up. Not sure if Cosner's Corner was there in '04 but there by the Target near Germanna Community College

Is it near Old Town, or off Rt 3?

I went in there once and they had about 6 1/2 boxes of cigars and nothing that I would smoke.
