Get one. If you are a fan of medium to full smokes, this is an absolutely wonderful blend (for under $9 I might add). It is limited release, so hit your shpo soon. If you can't find one and are interested, let me know and I'll get one to you, as my resources through work are quite nice. Very impressed with this cigar. Wishing everyone the best.

Have you tried all the vitolas? If so, which one did you like the best?

Personally I prefer the Don Elena, but we've sold a ton of the Senadors and EIII as well.

If they one day re-release the Short Run 2010, I'd be all over it.

I tried the Robusto or El Senador they call it, picked it up at CI when I was on vacation. I was really looking forward to this smoke as I love maduros and box press which these are almost oval if you ask me. I remember before I burned it I told my Brother-In-Law I could get these at a pretty decent price if they were box worthy. The foot band really made the wrapper color pop and it made for a good presentation. However the smoke was average in my opinion. It was not a bad smoke it just had nothing that separated it from any other Mexican San Andres wrapper cigar. I wasn't wowed by it and really thought it would be a cigar I would be wanting a lot of. Boxes of 10 does make it a non risk box purchase though.

Should start to see more supply of the La Historia ... according to EPC rep they were on national back order until first week of March. He told me they sold 4,000 boxes the day after the Cigar Aficionado rating came out.

As a whole I think EP Carrillo is a good line of cigars. I have particularly enjoyed the 2010 short runs, and the maduros.
