I am going to take a road trip in April on my bike,

Leaving April 4th, towing to avoid the cold to Mustang Ok, leave my truck at my Nephews house, play some golf, headed to the Moto GP in Austin, be there from the 9th to the 13th, then on to Louisiana to see my Grandsons.

If your on the way and you want to have an inpromptu herf, let me know, I am going to avoid most Interstates unless I have to, so out of the way is fine.

Or if you know somewhere good to smoke let me know

There are a handful of us down here in the Baton Rouge area. Plus some more near New Orleans. A few weeks ago some us got together for lunch, drinks and cigars at a Hooters. I'm sure we can put something together.

First round and smoke is on me for giving you chit over your Superbowl Contest.

Mike I am there ! possibly on the 8th I will keep you posted

Anthony, my Daughter and family live in De Ridder, so I don't know if I will make it to Baton Rouge, but you never know.

Yep, that's about 3 couple hours away. I think chewmaize lives nearby, though.

If your going to spend any time around Big D, yell.....We can ride over to Strokers or Gas Monkey and take in the sights. Or, Loose Wheel is in Sherman if your coming down 75.

That's if you want to take in some biker atmosphere, plenty of smoke shops around here also.

I think I'm going to go around Dallas, but might be able to stop off there on the way back, but I really havent set a plan yet other than Waco and Austin .

Rick, I might be headed to Ft Collins to get my bike serviced in the next two weekends.

It's a great ride on river road from baton rouge to new orleans... The end of the line is Cooter Browns at the corner of carrolton and st charles.... just saying

Hmmm..... that would widen the net and get BigBear and stogiemonger for sure. Might be able to pull a few more out of the woodwork that don't post anymore.

OK heres what I know so far:

I will be in OKC area April 4th, probably leave there on the 6th, going to head South twards Abile, be at Mikey's on the 8th, Austin from the 9th to the 13th, then on to Deridder, I not sure about Baton Rouge yet, maybe my daughter will get tired of me and I can make a day over there, I don't get to see my Grandsons very often, so I hope everyone understands.
But it looks like I could be gone for 3 weeks, so we might be able to make something work in Dallas on the way back.

And if your going to be at Mikes let me know a t shirt size !
