I say call em, but who really wants the opinion of the guys on this forum? ? so true. you lose more customers quietly, the screamers seem to stick around after they get what they really want, something for nothing, money off the original agreement, free lunch... give a company a chance to be good, and it's their choice if they want to be good or not.
