Now if they had thrown in a nice humidor with that...

I guess that answers the question of what not to do with 200 crappy cigars...

I've smoked the exodus 50 year and the exodus gold robusto, but I'm not sure which one, if either, this is. At any rate, after smoking 9 different Toranos, I wouldn't even pay a buck a stick for them.

I have liked the maduro not the natural. Consistently nice medium maduro. Compares to a lot of other premium maduros. All the ones i have had some age on them and I cant speak for current offerings. What it lacks in complexity it makes up in flawless burn. No touch ups, never goes out. However, the discount for 200 should be much more if you have to buy so many. My opinion is tainted of course since I am a noob in these parts. I notice no love for Torano around here. Now that General has taken over, I may join the crowd if all the fears hold true.

IMHO, the best line they made was the Signature, my favorite being the perfecto. I also liked the Silver Exodus and many liked the 1916 Cammie line. But that was then...YMMV

It depends on the taster. This used to be a good cigar that I haven't bought in a long time. $1320 for 200 cigars comes to a little in between 6-7 dollars. Not a bad buy, in my opinion, if you can afford the outlay.

I can think of at least 10 different cigars that I've bought over 200 of. (Admittedly, never more than 50 at once that I can recall, but if the price was right, I'd buy 200 of a few different cigars.)

There are a lot of cigars I would buy 200 of in a single buy ---- if the price was right.

The 1959 Exodus 50 Year was the best of the bunch. But I wouldn't want 200 of them, even at $2.75 each. DPNewell (RIP) can prolly get that many for $1 apiece...

buying 200 cigars in one buy negates to some extent the following law that pertains well to cigars:

Law of Commercial Marketing Strategy - As soon as you find a product that you really like, they will stop making it OR the store will stop selling it!

Might be a good split idea if you've got 4 or 5 BOTL's who also like that cigar.

It would boost up the shipping cost if the botl's weren't local.

$10 to ship 40 cigars adds a quarter to the cost of each cigar.

Under $2 a piece and I'd give it consideration.

I've had several and don't hate em, just an inconsistent yard gar.

But at that price, nope.
